A 12 point day to day Systematic Program
For executing
MY SPIRITUAL PRACTICE..
- I'll get up early in the morning at 5 AM sharp..
- I'll quickly finish morning activities and sit for Morning Prayer of half hr..
- Subsequent to that, I'll do for half hr....
- Next follows my Program of Meditation for half hr..
- Subsequently, I rest for....
- At 730 AM sharp, I take simple breakfast comprising of....
- Further to that, I go for my work....
- Lunch comprising of just 4 items I take at lunch time....
- I return from my work at 6 PM..
- My evenings mostly will be spent on...... including few Devotional Program of Reciting and Singing....
- I'll have a Sat Sung meeting of an hr exchanging our various devotional experiences.....
- With early light dinner, my this Spiritual Program comes to an end for the day with a closing Prayer!
I DILIGENTLY MAKE UP FOR THE LAPSES
That occurred in the Program during the week because of either my carelessness or because of my weekly work pressures at Office and Home front..
Thus goes
MY SPIRITUAL LIFE
On earth hereafter all the 365 days of the year non stop!"
Exactly at that moment from distant loud speakers, Sloka 12 of Bhaja Govindam was melodiously heard being recited with the meaning explained by the side..
dinayaaminyau saayam praatah
shishiravasantau punaraayaatah
kaalahkriidati gachchhatyaayuh
tadapi na mujncatyaashaavaayuh!
'daylight and darkness, dusk and dawn,
winter and spring (do) come and go,
time plays and life ebbs away
but the storm of desire leaves never (the person)!'
