One gentleman on a day visited near by Ashram, bowed down to the Head and said,

"Sir! The Philosophy says,

'In life, forever

Be in the middle path!'

Means,

'Stick to the Truth known to you!'

I want to respond to more than the exact Truth known to me and see what happens. What do you say?"

The Head smiled and replied,

'Yes.. You should do that!'

The gentleman questioned,

"But mid path is ever safer. If I do against this and something goes wrong?"

"Yes.. You shouldn't do that!"

"Sir! I'm confused!"

"Dear!

The Great Personality when confronted with rowdy elements, hid Himself in the Police Control Room and subsequently on the advice of the Chief, escaped in disguise in front of the protesters..

• Making it evident that protecting oneself becomes the primary duty and in that context anything done stands right!

But the same Personality made it clear subsequent to the incident saying,

'I don't know why I did that way at that point of time but this moment left to me, I am ready to surrender to my protesters and face their wrath rather than escape discretely!'

• Making once again clear that none should act less when truly imbibed with a certain Inner Strength to face threat!

Seen thus, what appears to you as the right way to do, that becomes the mid path for you at that point of time. Have you got the answer now to your dilemma?"

A certain wrong was very much in front. The young man of early 20s with 100% energies instantly reacted to the issue with a single thought in his mind..

• 'Let me straight away question here and end this wrong at one stroke!'

No doubt, some results were there instantly and as the youth continued to mature with time, the wrong too continued showing its presence in some form or other subsequent to that. Soon he was a man early 30s and the reaction to ending the wrong by the side existed in him at 20% lessened energies and 20% maturity with the corresponding thoughts going thus..

• 'Let me assert my say here and end this wrong!'

No need to say that he was in his early 40s in some yrs with no signs of the wrong vanishing from his vicinity. By then his energies were down by 40% the maturity simultaneously rising to 40% with his thoughts too going according to that thus..

• 'Let me use my position and manage the wrong from crossing it's limits!'

Time never waits and soon he was a man of mid 50s his energies sliding down by 50% and maturity rising to 70% with the wrong firmly remaining next to him all along and his thoughts too dropping down to..

• 'Let me just be off from these endless activities and equally safeguard myself from becoming a victim to any counter attack in the process!'

Further time moved on and he was by then a man of early 60s at the back of 30% energies and 90% maturity with the wrong in front continuing exist in different avatars and the seasoned thoughts of him too going thus..

• 'Let me remain calm and equally accept the fact that whatever I do, the wrong never vanishes as history always repeats!'

The count down began and in no time he was a man of 70s. Soon the ultimate understanding in him with the energies zeroed down and maturity touching the sky remained thus..

• 'From now onwards, it's better I smile and leave all this pursuit. It's just for those able bodied and energetic minds to pursue in this direction ever keeping in mind that it's sure an herculean task to eradicate the wrong and that way it never goes from our vicinity but equally never leave an attempt in questioning and controlling it as much possible without an exception!'

Y - YELLING Vs SILENCE IN MANAGEMENT! #BlogchatterA2Z

It was morning hrs 9 AM. The Estate Manager’s Office in the huge housing complex was busy with hectic morning activities. The Manager was seen actively moving around, instructing a few, questioning some and listen to others. The atmosphere was full of vibrations and movements..

“Mr Rajesh! Where is the Plumber? Flat No…. resident has a problem with the water supply…. He rang up just now. Send the plumber immediately there!”

“I am not seeing the Electrician here. I think, he is late today also. You should be strict. Bring him to me when he comes!”

“The Gardener is not coming today and he informed me by phone. Please ask someone to take care of watering the plants!”

“The House Keeping Staff are not doing their job properly. Many complaints are with me. What actions are you taking? If this is  allowed unchecked, soon this Complex stinks and every one will ask why we are here. Take care, Mr Supervisor!”

“Hi! You have come. Why are you so late?  The Office starts sharp at 8 AM, dear!  I don't want this indiscipline any more here else you have to find another job. OK, now go to Flat No….. immediately; they have no power. Set it right. If some thing goes wrong, we will all be squarely blamed!”

“Rajesh, I see the Security Boy at the Gate simply allowing people IN without a check. Dear! this way, a stranger can get access to this place very easily. Talk to his Boss and ask him to replace the boy with a better person!”

“Many complained that now a days, their Post is not being delivered in time. Why is it so? You have to streamline all these issues else you know what I mean.. Take care of your job, dear!”

“Hello! Yes.. Please,, Sir! we can't send the Technician, the moment you ring up. I noted down your complaint, he will be at your door step in one hr!”

A month passed.  Suddenly the Manager’s popular voice was missing. Enquiries reveled that he was asked to resign and go and in his place, the earlier Supervisor was promoted and posted  as Manger. And to every one's surprise, it was almost a total silent atmosphere around in the Complex..

Strangely, there were no major problems except the routine ones in respect of Power, Water, Cleanliness and Security other activities being well under control with no major complaints from the Residents. The new Manger was silent all the time with not much talk except the soft tone heard once in a way but every one being on their jobs and life in the Complex maintained smooth and friendly!

Affirmed the human being.. 

"Within limits, you have the basic responsibility of caring for your family members spending reasonable amounts required for their betterment. Rest alone are yours"

Cautioned the near and dear..

"OK..I understand.. Yes.. After taking the best care of them with my resources, the rest are sure mine!"

Stressed the human being..

"You've a moral responsibility of caring for the  friends and close relatives of yours. Don't forget that!"

Reminded the people next..

"Ah.. Yes..  After caring for friends and close relatives of mine with part of my resources, the rest alone are mine!"

Said the human being..

"You've an ethical responsibility of caring for  the next person.. Don't forget that"

Reminded the Ethics within..

"God.. How foolish I was! After caring for the person next to me with a little more of my resources, the rest

Is it mine?"

Questioned the human being within..

"Yes.. If something goes wrong by fate, can anything be yours?  Remind yourself of this repeatedly, offer sincere Prayer to the All Powerful Above and thus start leading a humble life.

Beyond, whatever may be yours or not..

It was Sunday mid morning hrs. The 3 friends were together at the man’s residence..

"Living Simple life is my motto. Simplicity is a virtue. I never want to expand and encroach areas of others. You know?

The door bell rang, the man immediately got up and went out to attend to the call and subsequently his voice was heard saying softly..

• “Sorry, dear! Your due as I calculated simply comes to Rs 157 only. How can you round off that to 160? That's not correct dear.. Take the right amount!”

• “Hello.. dear! Why can't you find some modest job and earn a simple livelihood instead of simply stretching hands in front of a better person?”

Said the friend with all warmth..

"Tomorrow is a myth.. Today is the fact!"

Said the advisor smiling..

"Where's the guarantee that you'll not tell the same story tomorrow also?"

Shouted the Boss..

"Do wonders today, you'll  have two options tomorrow if other things go smooth.. You relax or you'll do double wonders!"

Said the Lady Mentor..

"When one wakes up tomorrow, it is today only!"

Joked the man smiling.. 

"If today is seen in right spirit, tomorrow will be keen to fight odd spirits!"

Said the Preacher in the end..

"If today is filled with nil rift, tomorrow remains God given gift!"

The Official takes the phone and after half a minute says in a harsh tone,

It may be the funny part of life but as I look at the turmoil in that, I understand that my anger shows a constant unrest in me. Meaning..

I continuously aim at something but all the while it does not happen that way in life. Thus, I am constantly tossed between

‘Wish and Reality,’

In my day to day life!

Can I do some thing about it?

Yes.. Sure..

The right way here is..

What ever may be the inside turmoil, let me always

Meet the very purpose for which I am connected to people in the world!

That's it.. When done, it

Instills confidence,
Brings back peace and
Restores control over the situation

For both the parties..

He was the

• Proud, 
• Authoritative, 
• Demanding, 
• Asserting and 
• Never yielding 

Person at his work all along implementing strict discipline thru' an iron hand over years.

For such a person too the D-Day had arrived and he had to retire. People who worked with him gave lengthy speeches bringing out their earlier memories of interactions and wished him a happy retired life..

Finally the gentleman had to speak..

He became emotional but controlled himself and putting up a brave smile at length, spoke about his friends, memories, personal interactions, work related issues and further continued..

“No doubt, from tomorrow I may not have busy schedules of this Office but as I look at myself, suddenly I find many works around me..

• I should now register and get my Senior Citizen ID Card.. 
• I've to make good plans to invest all of my savings.. 
• I should streamline my pension payment issues.. 
• I should re-register with our Company for the new Medical benefits.. and 
• I got to finish few of my personal works pending for quite some time.. 

Sure, no breathing time from tomorrow and don’t know how to handle all these all of sudden!” 

The listeners maintained pin drop silence as the person spoke and ended his talk knowing within that those own works would be nothing compared to his active work life..

The Function over, in the next one hr he was put in the company car and was bid a permanent 'BYE!' 

Next to all that noise, further there was simply silence and only silence for a while as the car moved on smoothly with the driver silently doing his job..

After a travel of half hr, the car suddenly got into a heavy traffic jam. All the vehicles came to a halt and there appeared no moving forward at all for a while..

As the man looked out thru' his window, on to the pavement, he saw a mother consoling her crying child and another lady asking her the reason for the child's crying. The mother was heard saying..

“This boy had school till last week. Now holidays are declared and I planned for him.... but he doesn't want to go there. No prob, he'll be alright soon. You see..

Not having active engagement is sure a big problem with any one!"

The words straight hit the person as his heart sank for a moment. Keeping a deaf ear to the talk, as he turned his attention to the other side of the road in between the stationary vehicles, he saw on the pavement

A rag picker having collected few bits of items and papers from a bin further

Having no work to do, silently sat in a corner gazing at the sky with a blank expression clearly noticed on his face..

There was a message..

"No doubt, you got to be tough at work and get the result but all along the Truth there says that all that glory will an end on a day..

Here, your discipline still would have been the same had you substituted in place of

• Pride.. Humility
• Authority.. Motivation
• Demand.. Quoting the necessity
• Assertion.. Expressing the right and
• The never yielding attitude.. Ever ready to help by the side

And continued thus in your work life. If that were to be the situation, sure you could have felt this moment..

Q - 'THE QUICKEST ACTION' FROM MY END.. WHAT'S IT LIKE AT TIMES? #BlogchatterA2Z

My parents have struggled in their active phase of life, spent huge monies and given me the right education to see that I get into this sacred work environment and progress further in my life. My parents are always great for me, they mean forever good to me and I should sure cherish their wish to the core..

I continuously consume in the world which I got to return with my skills and through my effort alone and this is the Eternal Law of Universe. I shouldn't break this Law at any time and commit the sin of 'non return' in my life..

Long ago, I was the one earnestly looking out for my Employment, stood in long queues, answered many questions with folded hands and finally got into this entity called 'Work'. All along, my Employers were in their own cushion chairs at their own ease. Let me never forget those tough times I passed thru'..

My honest and hard work soon becomes a major part of my 'Personality' in my life. Rest all are just around me because this 'Personality' is intact today..

Any quarrel with my Employer is nothing but start of sidelining my Employment. If destined to be into troublesome environment, let me do a little more and leave for another job if I'm that much capable..

Any small diversion in my work means a small amount of my 'earnings' as well as 'skills' are permanently lost. Continued thus without a check, I would be a major looser in the long run..

In every fight, invariably there are a few advantage seekers who are ready to fuel it and spoil my prospects. I would sure be openly giving reins to such people free of cost if I extend my quarreling with my Boss..

No one appoints me without knowing the history of my Employment. All the 'neglect' at work is sure going to be written in that book of mine which soon becomes the talk of my happy rivals and fed up Bosses. The next job is never going to be a great welcome in such a scenario..

The parents who have put me into this stream at the back of great sacrifices too have no option but show me the 'WAY OUT’ of their home if I neglect my work beyond. Am sure, none else in the world will welcome me with an ‘IN BOARD' in such scenario..

Finally to say, 

God alone decides when I can stop or go slow in respect of my work activities and I've nothing to say in this matter by myself. All I can to do is ever pray unto the Almighty to take care of my health and safety to continue thus without a break during my active phase of life!

"Mr Suresh! Ganesh here.. Hope you would be at Office by 0830 and start doing the work we discussed yesterday. Don't disturb me on this further as

I got to prepare for tomorrow's meeting and I'm already running short of time. Okay?"

At 0800 hrs, the same phone was again in liberal use..

"Mr Vignesh! I'll finish checking our Suresh's work by 0930 hrs and by then you should be ready to brief me. Remember, no more postponing here as

I got to prepare for tomorrow's meeting and I'm already running short of time. Okay?"

Further to that, it was another out going call at 0930 hrs..

"Hello.. Dinesh.. How are you dear? Yaar! I'll finish my Morning Meeting by 12 Noon. Let's have our lunch at 1230. It's so many days we haven't truly met.. Got another Meeting at 0130.. Sorry to say.. Please don't delay as

I got to prepare for tomorrow's meeting and I'm already running short of time. Okay?"

The next out going call was at 0300 PM..

"Hi Veeresh! How are you? Do you remember? Today, we have to meet at 0330 PM. I got to say something to you quickly on our next week's Program. Don't delay dear.. My Boss is sitting on my head. Subsequent to this,

I got to prepare for tomorrow's meeting and I'm already running short of time. Okay?"

The time was 5 PM.. One more out going call..

"Hello, Ritesh.. Sorry, I'm very busy with my work. Almost running minute to minute.. Today impossible.. OK.. OK.. Come at 0530 dot.. Come prepared so that you can brief me quickly. No delays allowed please as you know,

I got to prepare for tomorrow's meeting and I'm already running short of time. Okay?"

At 0630 PM, the last out going loud call..

"Hello.. Hi! Ramesh! Don't call me so many times.. I'm not here freely avaialable...... What? You are waiting since.........? Dear! For you hrs may not matter but for me every sec matters.. OK.. Listen now.. Tomorrow morning at 0800 sharp see me in my chamber.. A minute late.. Don't blame me.. I can't help.. OK.. Have to go now as..

I got to prepare for tomorrow's meeting and I'm already running short of time. Okay?"

The next day early morning, in Boss Chamber..

"Hello dear Suresh and Vignesh! I called you to tell one important change for today's task. Just now our Ganesh rang up. It seems, this morning as he was in a hurry having 

A sip of coffee, the cup slipped, 

And fell off to ground breaking into pieces..

As he was cleaning up the mess, by bad luck a sharp porcelain piece got into his foot and he was rushed to near by.... Anyhow, he can't move for the day, so please you both prepare and go for today's meeting and...."

O - THE ONLY WAY FOR HAPPINESS IN LIFE! #BlogchatterA2Z

Every moment there is a 'Task' in front of me to be done..

I may identify this 'Task of the Moment' in full or part or not at all. And as per this identification, my energies and my resources would and should be going towards this Task. Again, I would dilute the allocation of these energies and resources by diverting them towards some other tasks which need not be done at all at that moment and the percentage of dilution is proportional to the Mundane interest with me..

Thus forever I play this 'Game of Folly' with myself and endlessly deviate from the Path of Truth. The immediate reasons for this 'Wrong Doing' may be to get off from certain wrath from the world or get some excess benefit. It appears there is no escape from this so easily unless I am attentive..

Yes! That is a fact with respect to me and I myself submit for such actions in no time..

Knowing this attitude of man, The Great Men of the World have advised, 

"Since the absolute Right path is far away from you, the wisdom is to identify that right which is feasible for you so that neither you relax unnecessarily here nor you get into too much of confrontation. Both are not good. Just restrict your life within these limits but forever keep an eye open for a 'Better Action' which can defy both the enjoyment and the threat a little more and thus lead your life!"

That 'Alertness' alone truly moves me up the ladder of happiness and peace in life..

The famous scientist working day and night on his research was advised by his spouse to take a leave from his busy schedule and relax..

“Go somewhere, spend the day in a different way and fully rejuvenate yourself!" 

She advised..

“OK, I will see to that”, 

The scientist replied thoughtfully. He also felt that he might need some rest and relaxation as advised by his spouse..

But the next day morning, both got up and were back to their schedules; the scientist straight away busy with his laboratory research ignoring what he decided to do the day before and the spouse on her own work with no time to oversee where and what her husband was doing..

We love doing daily what we do regularly as there is an unknown and undefined ease in that and

Here, no separate relaxation is really required and all other ways people suggest may not bring true relaxation..

This is where our strength at work lies and the prospective Employer is ever aware of this. This deep interest and well accustomed attitude will not allow us to take up another job so easily and thus we become experts in our job..

This is the Nature’s wonderful Gift for survival in the world. At any time, I am the right individual who can deliver the best to my Employer’s requirement and so my Employer is interested to continue with me..

Let this Gift of Nature be always protected and supported all the time through our additional efforts!

M - THE ART OF MANAGING.. #BlogchatterA2Z

“I'm the Manager in my Department and I have the responsibility of taking care of my work progress in my area and the Company's property. The Owner of the Company had very much bestowed this responsibility on me. But when I act thus, I'm often vehemently opposed by own men. But this task is with me and unless I tell strongly and make them feel responsible, am I not working against the wishes of my Owner?" 

“Dear! I very much emphasize that forever you should act in time and set right the issues in front of you. Else your duty is incomplete and you will be actually dishonoring the faith your Employer had kept in you. Okay?"

"Right Sir!"

"But a small point here.. When you do thus, without your own knowledge a feeling of 

'I am more than the Manager here!'

Enters you and that's why you should tell all that at any cost. Am I correct?”

“I agree with you Sir! I get that feeling and I should take care here. But what's wrong in that?”

“To tell you 100% right you are never more than the Manager here but just have a Manager's Role in your work area; neither a bit more nor less of it at this point of time! And sure, as a Manager alone you should question, act and pass orders.. 

And with such an attitude when you instruct your people, it sure goes into your their heart and they feel that seriousness deep within and in that scenario, they see in front of them that you are not instructing but there's just an 'Instruction' and they got to follow that! This Spirit in Nature prevailing around us, automatically guides them there and soon they start loving their work.. 

• When the Great Man instructed His followers not to give back but bear the assault aimed at them Himself taking the assault right in front of them, the followers too patiently took the beatings without resisting nor getting off from the scene! 

No doubt, that was truly possible for the Great Personality in action as a True Leader when He disowned Himself in total, but myself being very much limited would never do at that level but at my own very much possible for me and should do my bit of disowning too and thus present myself before my Assistants who sure in no time react to that tiny sacrifice I do in the situation and mold themselves to follow the right.. 

What else do you want if that happens in black and white right in front of you?”

LOVE BEGETS LOVE! #BlogchatterA2Z

“Oh! Dear! Great! Come.. Yes! Yes! one, two, three.. Come.. Come.. Oh! You've done it!”

The mom screamed out of her excitement and the one year old Little One beautifully put his 'First Step' forward, the elder sis of 3 yrs keenly watching her bro..

"A for Apple, B for...."

The mom was explaining the alphabets. The two and half yr old was repeating the letters/words with broken accent with sister of four and half correcting him gently.. 

“Aakash, Sowmya! Wait here and don't go anywhere. I'll be back in a minute!”

Ordered the mom who had to just divert her attention from her children. The 5 and 7 yr old children waited there the elder holding her bro's hand till their mom returned..

“I want you to learn this. Now try to repeat it and you soon will be an expert here!” 

The dad said.. The 12 yr old Aakash repeated that and became conversant with it soon as the elder sister Sowmya corrected him at a place..

“Just go and get these items from the Market!” 

The 18 yr old son was instructed.. 

“Dad can I go after 15 minutes?  The Match is going to end now!”

Pleaded the cricket fan son.. 

"Dad, let him watch the Match.  I'll go and get the items!"

20 yr old daughter said..

“We are going out.. Are you coming?"

The 23 yr grown-up son was asked..

"No, Mom and Dad! you go ahead. My friends are coming home. We've planned….”

Mustered certain courage and hinted his interest the grown up young man..

“Should we look into any issues of yours?” 

The 28 old daughter was enquired..  

“Nope.. I am OK! Dad.. Let me see!”

Was the brief answer of the daughter who was making terms with a personal issue of her life..

“How are your jobs going on? Any issues?”

The son and daughter of mid thirties were enquired. 

“It’s OK, Dad….. Too much pressure.. Some issues are there. I think I can manage!”

Was the quick answer from the Manager turned daughter with the son almost repeating similar words..

Soon, the 45 old matured son was heard talking to a Colleague.. 

“My mom, will not understand all this. I have to help her out in teaching the fundamentals and make her accustomed to these….”

In his early 50s, heard the daughter of many responsibilities around saying to some one..

“Dad needs some help to walk a few yards daily in our compound yard. I just have to guide him so that he will have his evening breeze for a while and thus can relax himself. I purchased the latest.... for mom. I need to make her get used to this. It's already 5.. See you tomorrow!”

"God is behind every moment of my actions!

"Dear! As we look at our actions carefully, what we are sure too are actions of approximate thinking and movements only!"

"I'll tell you.. Now the time is 10 AM. You might have got up around 6 AM, finished your morning chores and planned to meet me at my home!"

"You are right, Sir!"

"As you started from your home, you might have chalked out a plan of meeting me. Can you tell me broadly what your plan was?"

"Yes, Sir!  

I decided to 

Phone you on my visit to your place,

Start from home at 0830 AM, 

Have my favorite tea at the Tea Place,

Walk to bus stop,

Catch bus to your place,

Get down at your stop,

Walk down to your place,

Buy some fruit on the way,

Reach your place and

Spend time with you!"

"Did you do all these actions as planned?"

"Yes.. Perfectly!"

"Tell me exact time you started? Is it 0830 dot?"

"What? Yeah It could not be 0830 dot!"

"You agree that it sure could not have been 082960sec!"

"Yes.. It can never be to secs and many times even not to minutes!"

"Then as you moved, you moved never straight but to little left and right constantly?"

"Yes.. Right!"

As you travelled, you might have forgotten one or two things, am I right?"

"Ok.. Let me recollect.. Yes.. I readied and came out without my purse. Had to go back to get it!"

"That one is enough.. Ok.. Tell me, you wanted to be watchful on few issues as you came out but you forgot to be watchful in between. Am I right?"

"Yes.. I wanted..... But I forgot 2 or 3 times that and was not attentive!"

Now tell me, your plan of coming to me was implemented 1:1 or it was just approximations of movements and memories?"

"Dear! I really couldn't have done anything had something really went wrong beyond. Am I correct?"

"Yes, Sir!"

"Now, tell me, is it not 100% correct what I said in the beginning which is nothing but
