Z - 'I LOVE ZOOMING!'

He was the child who a year back knew only one meaning to the two-word concept which his mom had taught him.. 

"Say 'MUMMY UP' when you want to be carried!" 

And as on that day when his Mom squarely refused to carry him saying that he should walk, the Little One looked at his grandpa by the side and asked him.. "MUMMY UP!"

At that age when the Little boy on a day, walked ahead a bit and as the Mom said, 

"Dear! Come back!"

Smartly started stepping back on his tiny feet..

It was the same age when playing the traffic police game on his tri-cycle with his grand mom, as the elderly lady questioned her grand child with all sweetness why he jumped the signal, he looked at her for a sec and with a broad smile started jumping up and down on the tri-cycle seat..

Such a naughty Little Kid growing up fast in the land far away from Mother Land on a day had to re-position himself on the newly purchased front facing car seat as his age permitted that 180 deg turn..

The cute Little One with a smile quickly entered the car as his Mom guided him and made him sit in the new seat. She in a short time familiarized herself with the fastening mechanism, put on the belt over her kid and secured it firmly..

The car moved on. The family was silent. The Dad's thoughts were on how make up the extra expenditure incurred in buying the new seat while the Mom was busy observing the child by bending a few times forward and checking that all was well with him..

But the happening was totally different for the Little One. From the monotonous earlier backward position having no reference to the movement of traffic and surroundings, it was simply turning half round facing the front..

The straight on-coming vehicles passing fast by the side of the car, the zooming road in front moving up towards the vehicle, a stream of flashing lights coming on eternally, big buildings and huge trees on the road side rushing past the vehicle and seen going over the windows on both sides and the traffic signals changing alternately with beautiful colors..

Red, yellow and green.. 

An entirely different world in front!

The Kid was highly excited. And it was really a 'Sea of change' to his 'Freedom of Observation!' There was an instant inexplicable smile on the Little One's face. He quickly understood, when his car would stop and move as the signals coming up on the way changed in sequence..

Soon, the vehicle was at a red signal and all were silent including the Boy in his car seat.. And the count down started.. 4,3,2,1.. Yes.. The red changed to green and the dad began pedaling the accelerator..

“Faster!”

Yelled the Little One so happily to the astonishment of both the parents, the only single word he knew at that point of time whenever he had to say, 

“Come on! Go!”

With the explicit joy so clearly seen on his face as if a 'lost Kingdom' was got back!

Y - FOR A WHILE, LET ME STOP 'YAWNING'' AND

• Try doing my basic works myself as my body parts are originally meant to do those works keeping me fit and fine even though I may easily buy those services ever upholding the Saying..

April showers bring May flowers!

• Not try buying unnecessary items saying, 'It's a throw away price!' without knowing well that the seller indirectly is trying to throw away those items to me reducing own burden and equally remembering the oft repeated Saying..

If you start buying items you don't need, soon you would be selling items to buy the items you need!

• Not visit the luxury places beyond my means as that sure becomes routine and I would invariably be searching for super luxuries making me accept the fact..

Habits die hard!

• See am aware of the 'Silent Earning Members' by my side Viz., the health and safety measures and take the required care therein as..

Health is nothing when it's there and everything else is nothing when not there! 

And

Accidents often happen only once in life!

Not quickly say that life is 'fantastic' instead say, ‘to be lived through’ as the 'Humility' with me forever straightens me and puts me on the right track as often..

When music changes, dance too!

• Keep track of major finances of my own, incoming and outgoing by a physical 'note-down' as..

A lakh has one hundred thousands only; not a single more!

• Follow the basics of my original discipline that had brought me to this day's prosperity as my past, sure needs at least that much recognition upholding the famous Saying..

No pains; no gains!

• Not relax extra because of my present prosperity but do more as the 'evil pride' with me soon can make this fort of prosperity go into history books permanently upholding the Saying..

Pride goes before fall!

• Grow my finances at a moderate pace and never chase them as there's no 'super rich' concept anywhere in such a scenario except in my mind well remembering that..

Grass does not grow faster if you pull it!

• Involve deep into the family life and the same is the sure way of myself growing inward thru' a dedicated service to family as..

There is no place like home!

• See am getting reasonable stamped approved social behavior as majority of the society are bound by orderly behavior myself equally knowing well that the wrong is to be questioned but always thru' proper channels and here forever..

A patient man eats ripe fruit!

• See am having ever a feeling of being watched by law keepers as the long arm of law is always powerful, it never leaves one who deviates and in such a scenario..

Better bread with water than cake with trouble!

• Express through one of the famous Arts broadly defined in books as that expression is the gist of my life and I shouldn't kill it and become rotten as is well known that..

A bird sings not to reply but a song!

• Be ever ready to spend a percent of my income and energies beyond the basic need to help out the less privileged as they too are part of His Creation who okay-ed my success making it well known that..

X - 'X' FIRST OR 'ME' FIRST?

"There is so much suffering in the world. If I don't help here, what's the meaning to my life and what's the use of all these monies, time and energies with me?"

THE EXACT HELP REQUIRED FROM YOUR END

As you do so?"

"What other calculations are required here, Sir? I have more in everything and the man next to me has so much less in respect of all of that. So clear and straight forward!"

I have a body and the self interest in me beyond will not listen to me and forces me to stick to it a 100% if not done so..

When cornered by a mob, the Great Man too initially took shelter in a Police Station and subsequently with the help of Police escaped from there in front of the mob in the guise of a policeman!

There is an order around me imposed by Nature and the laws of land backed by certain ethical ways of human expression and that need to be respected and I should never become a hindrance therein..

When a stranger asked the Great Man for some food, the Great Personality asked him complete a work for that. When the stranger refused to do that, the Great Man just remained firm sticking to what He said!

I have a duty as human being too and here a certain part of mine which I can easily negate, should necessarily be done so..

Having seen as their right, the Great personality made his tenants, owners of the respective houses by straight away surrendering His ownership!

Seen in the above context, it is imperative that I first take care of the first 2 core issues in respect of my welfare in particular and my greater surroundings welfare in general which means indirectly

HAVING HELPED MYSELF IN THE RIGHT WAY FIRST,

Beyond alone I should start taking care of the 3rd issue of my life Viz.,

HELPING OTHERS AS MUCH WITHOUT A SAY!"

W - THE (HARSH) REALITIES OF WORKING!

The ambulance vehicle making a shrilling sound with fast changing colored lights on top was seen coming very fast. Instantly all vehicles on the road slowed down, moved to a side as much possible and made way for the emergency vehicle to pass. Some people were equally in a prayerful mood wishing in their hearts that the person in the difficulty be soon well..

In my 60s, walking as usual as part of my daily morning walk on the opposite side, I too stopped for a min and was in a prayerful mode for the well being of the occupant when all of a sudden 2 youths ran across the road and crossed it..

As both of them came to my side, one man was seen asking them in a bit harsh tone why they made that attempt endangering their lives as well as coming in way of the emergency vehicle..

"Sir! We judged the distance and there was no problem.. We had to go urgently as we had no time and all along we lost our precious time!"

Was the answer from one of the youths..

"What urgency was there for you? You both look normal!"

"Our customer just now rang up.. He says that we are already late in our deliveries and if........ We've to go now!"

Soon I entered the nearby small hotel and ordered my favorite morning tea.. In few minutes, the hot steaming tea was in front served by an young man with a cheerful smile on his face.

I thanked him and as I started sipping my tea, slowly I was taken back to the memories of my past work life where in the boss/client interactions that took place were seen moving thru' my mind afresh..

• "You spoke to our customer on phone? Yaar! In this company the GM or CEO alone can do that. Right now go to him and say sorry for that. And, never do this mistake again!"

• "You want your GM's order to come to my place? No problem. Be prepared to be in my office in the next 15 minutes. It's going to come from not the GM but CEO's office!"

• "What dear.. Time is not enough? The customer wants the item by tomorrow. Find 25 hrs in your day today and complete the job!"

• "You came to the meeting to tell me that your deliveries would be delayed? Right now talk to your GM and get the right answer else your CEO will sure make you do that the next minute!"

• "I expect you to be the witness to the verbal accusations made at me by your other customer in the meeting. Please sign on these papers!"

• "You were witness to that verbal fight and you yourself address that. I may be your boss but I don't want to get involved in such sensitive issues!" 

And at the back of those never fading harsh realities of life, I could equally recollect my boss repeatedly advising,

“My dear Boys! You all very well know that we are into serious business when we sit in this place. Here, there's nothing like doing a fixed job and getting away.  If you remain casual at your work, you'll quickly be caught off guard and attacked by a few vested interests who are in for grabbing the opportunity and make a hay in the field..

That way, your employer soon may lose or may land in problems of strained relations, unnecessary blame or at times may get into few critical issues from which getting out will be a real a problem and for all that happening ultimately

You alone have to pay thru' your nose; nothing less!”

V - VALUE OF 'TIME' AND 'EFFORT' AS AGE GOES UP!

At 25, the young man was heard saying..

• "I'm off for the whole day tomorrow to complete all my works planned as I'm on my hectic 2 week vacation tour from day after tomorrow. I stuffed all that required in my huge back pack, shoulder bag and carry bag. I'll start around 7 AM and will return home late only by 10 PM!" 

At 35, the same man was heard saying.. 

• "I'm off for the whole day tomorrow to complete some of my works planned. Rest, I'll try to finish the day after as I planned my 10 day vacation tour from the ensuing day. I stuffed the required in my medium sized back pack and the shoulder bag. I'll start around 8 AM and will return home around 8 PM!"

At 44, the then middle aged man was heard saying..

• "I'm off for the whole day tomorrow to complete some of my works planned. Rest, I'll try to finish the day after and the next week. My outing for a week, I'll plan subsequently. I stuffed the required in my small back pack and the shoulder bag. I'll start around 9 AM and will return home by 6 PM!"

At 58 the then would be retiring man was heard saying..

• "I'm off for the day tomorrow to complete few of my works planned. Rest, I'll not plan at this stage and wait for appropriate time. My outing, let me plan for a couple of days if every thing goes smooth. I stuffed the required in my shoulder bag and the carry bag. I'll start around 10 AM and will return home by 4 PM!"

At 64 the then Senior Citizen was heard saying..

• "I'm off for half day tomorrow for my 3 of my works to be done. Outing?  Let me do something local if possible.. I stuffed the required in small shoulder bag. I'll start around 11 AM and will return home by 2 PM!"

At 67 the then Senior Citizen of advanced age was heard saying..

• "I'm off for some time tomorrow for 2 of my works. There is further nothing to be done presently and I'll take rest. I stuffed the required in my small carry bag to move with ease. I'll start at 12 and will return home in an hr!"

At 71 the then feeble elderly man was heard saying..

• "Tomorrow, I'll try to finish that single work in my neighborhood. I carry the required papers and go there. It's just 15 to 20 mts walk!"

Beyond, the same elderly man was heard saying..

• Nothing!

U - THE UNIQUE HAPPENING!

“Having bought such a Unique Apartment in my locality, I was very much interested in furnishing the same with the best Interiors available in the market..

The Unique Designs from the world market are ordered and as per the artist’s advice are laid in the Unique Aesthetic Way so that any one who for the first time enters my apartment will simply say, 'WOW' and nothing less of it at anytime..

One of the Unique Classic Items I had gone for is this dining table set. Got it out of a few imported stuff sold in the famous interior sellers’ store and got it positioned in the dining area.. 

Of course, the family equally wanted the Unique Dinner Set and Tableware for the same. Here, I had gone through many models of crockery and I was never satisfied with the locally sold items including those claimed to be imported. How can you serve food to a Guest in a normal crockery on a classic dining table with such Unique Interiors around decorated so aesthetically?

Last year, I was on a holiday abroad and there I visited…. where I heard the best crockery and decorative sets are sold. I purchased all those Unique Items of the tableware from one of the sophisticated shops there and brought them here.. 

Come, we'll have our lunch now.. The Cook had taken Unique Care to prepare your the most liked items. As the family is away, I asked him to do some cooking for the night also and go as he wanted Leave for half a day.. 

Everything is ready and today, we will serve Lunch by ourselves. I gave half day Leave for the boys too who help in serving and keeping the kitchen clean. So, today, we are all by ourselves..

I'm sorry..  How many times I told these boys to do extra cleaning of these Unique Crockery, Soup Bowls and the Glasses and keep them ready?  It appears, they haven't done that.. 

I should have a word with them tomorrow. Don’t worry, please do sit, I am cleaning a bit and bringing all these items. For a day, let me do this and....”

In the next five minutes, it was nothing but the rattling sounds of cleaning the Unique Porcelain Crockery and glasses in the sink with the Unique Cleaning Agent available in the market followed by washing with water and drying up.. 

Suddenly, a big thud was heard followed by the Unique Shrilling Sounds of the crockery and glassware touching the hard kitchen floor falling off from the inexperienced hands and breaking into a hundred pieces at one stroke thrown all round to every Corner.. 

The Unique Costliest Dining Set instantly had its Chapter closed thus permanently forever thru' that

T - BEING TRUTHFUL.. WHAT'S IT LIKE?

AS THE GREAT PILGRIMAGE GOES ON..

"We are going on the Great Pilgrimage to the Main Sacred Shrine to offer our Prayers!"

"I kept all that required ready.. No issues!"

"These are the the related Shrines en route depicting prominence of the place!"

"Great! My Prayer to Lord at all these prominent Shrines.. 'Lord! Take care of us all along!'"

"We have reached and we are going to the Sacred Main Shrine now.. It takes few hrs to finish the visit and return!"

"You all can go.. I stay back as I can't take that much strain!"

"Sir! You travelled all the way so much distance.. You offered Prayers en-route wherever you came across the related Shrines. Having come to the Main Shrine, why are you not paying your Reverence to the Lord by physically going to the point of Worship?"

"Dear! I should complete the job to the extent I am required to help out with my abilities. No doubt, the facilities are there to buy approved physical help but there is no need for me to do that as the Almighty had said..

'Do your portion of duty to the extent physically possible out of your own capabilities, beyond refrain from involving and be at peace!'

Let me just rest presently and relax!"

AS THE GREAT ENJOYMENT PARTY GOES ON..

"We are going ahead with the Great Enjoyment Party of our life!"

"I kept all that required ready.. No issues!"

"These are the items of prominence required for our party!"

"Great! I'll help in taking care of all that!"

"It's time and we are going to the Great Party now.. It takes few hrs to finish the party and return!"

"You all can go.. I stay back as I did all that is required!"

"Sir! You did so much for this party.. You struggled everywhere and wherever you were asked to do something. Having done so much, why are you not joining the party?"

"Dear! I should complete the job to the extent I am required to help out with my abilities. No doubt, I have every right to join the party but there is no need for me to do that as the Almighty had said..

'Do your portion of duty to the extent physically possible out of your own capabilities, beyond refrain from involving and be at peace!'

S - SURE, SILENCE IS GOLDEN!

Certain actions were done.. There were certain returns..

• "What's this? Is this what I get as returns for all that I did for so many days? Really a joke.. You know, for the amount of strain I've taken in doing all this, I should have been simply put.... and given...., Nothing less of it. Really a pitiable state.. I've just been taken for granted!"

Shouted angrily, the highly worldly person ever looking out for certain gain everywhere..

• "Leave all that talk about the returns. They come and go and that's a different issue. At least, I should have got a minimum word of appreciation for so much effort I put in. No such talk at all.. It's a wonder!"

Said aloud the ordinary worldly person of usual recognition..

• "I've done my duty here. But never expected such a low recognition for all the work I did. God only knows the truth!"

Commented sarcastically the moral bound person..

• "I've just done my duty.. I don't want to talk on returns I got. God Bless the recipient!"

Said routinely the person of ethics covering up inside displeasure..

• "It's a sacred duty.. This alone elevates me in my life and nothing else!"

Reiterated the spiritually oriented person looking at gain from another angle..

Said nothing, the elevated person of lessened ignorance and 

Having completed the work with a smile, took over the next!

R - RATIONALITY IN LIFE.. WHAT'S IT LIKE?

No doubt, rationality is the true scientific temper of man and it should ever prevail in him/her thru' constant questioning with the powerful questioning tools available Viz.,

WHERE,

WHAT,

WHEN,

WHY,

WHICH,

WHO and

HOW..

But at times, it appears that is not the end and something more is in store for a Human Being to experience, express and thus live thru' his/her life to the brim.. There the questions will be like..

• 'WHERE IS THE END OF THE UNIVERSE?'
• 'WHAT IS EXISTING CONSCIOUSNESS?'
• 'WHEN DID THE TIME BEGIN?'
• 'WHY MAN MADE ITEMS ALWAYS REMAIN LESS BEFORE NATURE MADE SIMILAR ITEMS?'
• 'WHICH PATH OF LIFE IS THE RIGHT ONE FOR ME TO FOLLOW?'
• 'WHO IS BEHIND ALL THE UNIVERSAL SHOW?'
• 'HOW IS THE WHOLE DIFFERENT FROM PART?'

Wherein

• Whatever man made investigations in scientific field are brought out,
• Tried best connect all lose ends and
• Tried arriving at the requirement

The answers are never found..

Seen in such a context, remaining 100% rational seems limiting myself in my life wherein I may indirectly have a satisfaction that I could get answers for everything but that never streamlines and satisfies an ever existing inner urge in me for the ultimate

PEACE AND HAPPINESS..

Here alone, I need to remain in touch with the emotional part of mine tuning it in the right direction for my own good and for the good of the world too in general..

That emotion when expressed in the right direction, my satisfaction within becomes nothing but the true music in my life. That emotion can never be a bunch of pure prose words where the grammar rules alone are checked for their correctness but goes beyond and often comes out as an unknown impulse from within expressing joyously in the known language overruling all those very rules and materialistic needs getting into the concept of tones and tunes with an extended feeling from within..

Such a deep emotion can be anything varying from..

• A Parent's love towards his/her Child..
• A Brother's/sister’s love towards his/her Sibling..
• A Spouse’s love towards his/her Partner..
• A Lover's love towards his/her Lover..
• A Friend’s love towards his/her Friend etc.. 

Rising further to the fields like..

• An Artist's love towards Nature..
• A Soldier's love towards Motherland..
• A Great Man's love towards Fellow Beings etc..

 Finally culminating into..

An Ardent Devotee's Love towards God!

That love is ever Unique and Original in life, can forever be expressed thru' Poetical and Musical Extensions alone totally forgetting the rational approach attitude getting into a field ultimately wherein 

I identify my own Existence with the Nature around and Express myself in full!

“Since I am retired with certain definite time and energies left out with me, why not I extend 'Help' and support my grown up family members who have no breathing time busy with their own tight work schedules?"

The well wisher remarked..

The ‘HELP’ which you are planning to extend to your grown-ups is

• Really not required and
• Not to be expected by them as much

As that 'HELP' extended sure makes them to that extent incapable forcing them lose

The essential capacity of managing everything in limited time with limited energies..

Whatever be the pressures in their lives, they should alone find time for their works and squeeze them in their schedules!"

The retired man retorted..

"Being with them should I not help my family at all?’

"Yes.. That 'GREATER HELP' from your end is nothing but doing your core works yourself and in general meeting the family essentials. Leaving those primary activities in respect of the rest, let your family members look at them as their own

• Day to day issues of life,
• Close them for the day to their own judgement and satisfaction,
• Gain the rich experience of handling such sensitive issues of life and thus

Ever remain the Masters of their lives!

Agreed, a few small downfalls here and there would be there in such situations wherein the calculations go wrong.. 

Let them go wrong to the extent they are managed within the limits not jeopardizing the basics, which I feel mostly no disciplined grown-up dares to do all along you remaining,

An advisory by their side with your rich experience of life ready for exigencies and essentials!

If done so, your grown-ups,

Not just end up knowing fishing alone in their lives when

'ALL IS WELL'

Which any how you taught them when they were growing but

• How to equip themselves to fish too on a day when

'STARS ARE NOT IN THEIR FAVOR!'”

P - THE PERFECT PLACE!

“Let’s quickly finish lunch, get off from these boring surroundings and go to our favorite city!”

Thought the family, accordingly were out at 11 AM and moved towards the city 30 km away. Having reached the centre of the city, they straight moved to their favorite restaurant for a small bite..

“Let's enjoy one of the best snacks of this place!”

The dad said and the family soon started munching their favorite delicacies served hot amidst..

Pouring in customers,
Endless talks everywhere,
Very little leg space and
All fast movements..

Too much excitement for the family..

"Let's now go to the famous Mall oft spoken of!"

The family decided and soon were at the Shopping Mall..

Cramped parking lot,
Many, many small floor area shops,
Criss cross moving people,
Endless hustle and bustle..

Welcomed them at the Mall and it was really a feast to the eye for the next one hr..

“The Park two streets away would be ideal for play at this point of time!”

The mom said and soon the family was at that place. It was just a

Small lengthy park,
Flooded with weekend people,
Hardly any space to move and
Vehicles continuously honking and zooming on both sides of the park.. 

The family loved the place with so many children screaming, running and playing around..

“We had the best time today. It's time to return now. Let’s have some tea in the popular Refresh Centre of the place and get back home!”

The dad said and in no time all moved to the place. Amidst

Cramped small place,
Too much noise,
People almost hitting each other and
No air movement..

The dad and mom enjoyed their beloved Chai sipping slowly and children munching few snacks..

They soon started returning saying bye to their very much loved city,

THE PERFECT PLACE FOR WEEKEND!

In a short time, the car was out of the city limits and zoomed into the suburbs towards their home. As they neared their place, the children urgently needed the rest room use..

“Let's have some tea at our usual restaurant before going home as children relieve themselves!”

The family decided and having parked the car in the parking area of the restaurant as they were moving into the restaurant, a friend with his family was seen coming out..

All members soon greeted one another and after a while, the man asked,

“Were you on a job here? You came all the way from your home in the middle of the city!”

The friend smiled and said,

“No! We just wanted to get away from our routine and surroundings. We were very hungry and wanted to have some food in the restaurant adjacent to the park amidst..

Few customers,
Soft talks around,
Ample leg space and
All gentle movements..

Then we walked thru' the Main Market with

Plenty of Parking space,
Few orderly laid out shops,
Leisurely moving people and
Calm and cool surroundings..

We felt like visiting the big park and indeed had a very good time there. Such a great park so close to you..

Huge lengthy park,
Few visitors,
Lots of space to move and
Fresh air everywhere with silence ruling all over..

Thought of dropping at your place but then we felt that you too would need the weekend to relax and get refreshed..

We just wanted to have some tea in this place before heading homewards with

Vast seating area,
Soft talk next to you,
People smiling at each other and
Cool breeze from all corners..

I tell you.. We are very much impressed with your place and for anyone, we strongly recommend it

Right now, go the Customer’s Office along with your Supervisor and convey our apologies to the Chief for calling on phone. Do this, else our business will face hurdles in coming days!”

“OK! Sir! Right now, I’ll do that!”

At the Customer’s Office..

“Sir! we apologize on behalf of one of my Assistants for directly calling you on phone. We are sorry about that!”

“Look, dear! Your Assistant does this and you say sorry on his behalf. I won’t accept.. Do one thing.. Right now, call your Assistant and warn him not to repeat the mistake.  Please do that first!”

“Ok! Sir! I’ll do that..”

Saying thus, the Manager turned to his Supervisor and said, 

"Ring up to your boy now and tell him...."

In the next few minutes, the Supervisor was heard talking to the Assistant in low tone from a corner of the room, 

“Hi! Swaroop! What are you thinking about yourself, I say? Why did you call our Customer Chief on his phone? Mr Swaroop! Be careful and listen to me. And promise me that you don’t repeat this any more. You are a small man in our Department to talk to a big man like that on phone!”

As the advising thus continued, the Manager sheepishly was briefing the Chief in a softer tone, 

"Sir! My Supervisor had told his boy what all required. That boy will never repeat this mistake once again. His full name is Sampath Swaroop. They all call him by his second name many times. OK! Sir! I take leave now.. Once again sorry for all the trouble we gave you. Bye! Sir!"

N - "NOTHING HAPPENS!"

"Sir! How could you turn out such a huge business venture so successfully?"

"I had a series of ideas like

• Why not manufacture something, sell it in the market and make a living?
• Why not improve the product to suit the ever changing customer demand for a small extra price?
• Why not purify the product to International Standards wherein the actual benefit can nullify the increased price?
• Why not fortify the product with the ingredients lost in the process of refinement with a price increase where in the customer would be happy to pay?
• Why not compress the ingredients so that more is accommodated in less space and thus cut down on transport and storage costs?

Further to these, to rope in the rich and sophisticated segment, I had ideas..

• Why not improve the product by picking up the raw material from the remote forest areas of nil pollution with a sizable increase of price in parallel continuing the low priced items of the existing standards with a moderate price increase as per market conditions?

And

• In the next few years, why not concentrate on purifying, fortifying and compressing the new product, charge more successively and thus continue?

And beyond to catch the attention of the super rich group too I thought,

• Why not improve the quality of packing which covers the product fully and comes in contact for a longer time with the product thus widening the customer base with a substantial price rise retaining the earlier 2 levels of customers in the field?

"Is that the end?"

• "No.. Never.. Further improve the packing of the super rich segment product too by procuring its raw materials from...."

"Sir! You are so plain in speaking all this. If this is leaked out..?"

"Nothing happens.. 

People who use my product have no time to listen here and change their usage habit drastically!"

M - MOTHER'S LOVE.. WHAT'S IT LIKE?

The mother was unhappy. The two and half yr old Little One stopped listening to her..

“Eat that food!”

She ordered. The child with a smile took the food near to his mouth and threw it down..

She was annoyed..

“Unless you eat, I'll not buy you your toy!”

She showed her resistance.. The child didn't listen to her.

“Let’s go to the play ground now!”

She said and took her boy there. All the while, she kept silence..

At play within half hr, there was a scuffle and a complaint came up that the little boy troubled another kid of the same age. The mother became furious, instantly cut down the play time and brought the child back home..

“Hereafter, I'm not taking you anywhere and buying you anything. Go and do what you want!"

She with all firmness said and kept quite..

The child looked here and there but the mother never yielded. His only reference was his mother and when she became tough, for a while he pretended bravely that he could put up. That was the limit, soon it resulted in a big cry and subsequently comforted by his mother, he slept off for the day..

The next day being a holiday, the family was on its usual outing in the evening. On the way, the kid was looking at his

• Play items in the shops, 
• Favorite eating place and 
• Fun Center for kids.. 

Silently following his mother. About an half hr went thus..

Suddenly, there was a broad smile on the mother's face and that lighted instantly a 100 watt bulb on the child's.. That's all.. The kid returned home

• With so much happiness of his life, 
• Fully satisfied with the evening he spent having great excitement and 
• Was eagerly looking at and trying to play with all that he purchased and brought home.. 

The mother was behind him with her own sweet questions..

• “Dear! How was your favorite drink at......?” 
• “How was the play at.......?’ 
• “Do you like your new tri-cycle purchased?" 
• “Do you like the new aero plane we bought in your toy shop?" 

“Do you like your Mommy?”

"So,

• You will listen to me.. 
• You will eat all the healthy food I give you daily.. 
• You will never hurt your friends at your play.. 

Promise?”

The child with a big smile nodded his head for all hugging his mother tight. Instantly, the mother took him and comforted him and in no time the little one went into blissful sleep in the lap of his mother with her love eternally spread over him!

God was in all smiles from above..

'That's why I created the Mother on the Earth..

Whatever said and done and whatever be the actions and reactions, the single aim in this relation is

EVER BETTERMENT

Comprising of endless

SACRIFICES

And no other interest has a place here at any point of time!'

K- 'KINGDOM LOST' TO 'KINGDOM GOT BACK!'

“Sir, I am doing my best around. But still I attract criticism in my doings. If I miss anything there, I agree that it's my fault and I've to correct the same. And I'm ready too to make up any loss or damage that resulted because of that..

But people around me never understand this and ever talk something or other on my doing saying that what I do is not the right..

I'm unhappy and sometimes feel like stopping all these works and get off from the scene!"

“Dear! To distinguish between the right and the wrong is not that simple.. What appeals to me max here is a little more correct compared to what appeals to others. That’s all..

The infinite gap between the Original Truth and what I perceive in life is my ignorance. This is associated with simultaneous feelings of

Conflict,
Guilt and
Repentance

In me together called strife in life.. No doubt, when it strikes,

It appears profound,
Feels like that life is not worth living
With a deep negative feeling of something missing!

The reason for this feeling is that my ‘self’ is not recognized for a moment and I wish very much the same recognized at any cost!

Tell me, how much am I correct here in pointing out people around me when actually I too can't cross my limit and understand my right a bit better?

If you catch this point, it's evident that the only safe way of living the moment is..

‘Continue doing all the essential works without a stop!’

No doubt, a difficult task and those moments of continuing doing the essential works do look like a total loss of personality.. A feeling of

'My kingdom is lost!'

But when I involve thus patiently, that’s all.. I've conquered myself and

'My kingdom is back to me!'

In a definite time depending on the level of hurt, I would be seeing an equal level of calmness along with the good accrued out of the right deeds done by me in time!

Remember the Sun God ever rises in the East and never stops setting in the west after 12 hrs of duty of heating the half globe and continue that for the next 12 hrs on the other half without a sec rest let whatever be happening on the earth..

Isn't it my No 1 duty here to pay the Salutations to the God of our life with a promise that I too never stop doing my job in the right way known to me without a single concern for what others talk on my doing equally not questioning on their limitation?"

J - KNOWINGLY, AM I ALLOWING THIS IN MY JOB?

No doubt at Workplace, it's almost the same story everywhere of getting bullied by Boss but it's up to me to wage an indirect war against all those impositions made under the guise of

Lacking obedience to Boss,
Work suffering beyond and
Future prospects put to stake..

The interactive conversation narrated here is typical of that

'IMPOSITION AND WAITING TO SEE HOW THE SUBORDINATE REACTS'

Culture with almost every Boss. Forever, the aim here is

If yielded,

Make him/her permanent slave giving bits and pieces of career growth here and there claiming that as too much given 

But if resisted stressing the right work ethics,

Withdraw and allow him/her do own job for his/her betterment and growth in the job..

(The conversations brought out here are typical of that culture existing at workplace assuming that they vary widely in that typical talk).

On a Pleasant day..

“Hi, Mahesh! I need a helping hand. Can you look into this work for a while and give me a feed back?”

“Sir! I already have the task of…. and I need to concentrate on that. No doubt, I can be supportive for a short time for your problem but this moment, I absolutely see no time for that. Am sorry to say that!”

“But I'm your Boss and you should take Orders from me and do the job given. Are you listening?”

“Yes.. I agree that I should take Orders from you as Boss but the ethics at work say.. 

"Reasonable Orders only!” 

I hope I could convey the meaning here..

Earlier, you've given me this work on hand and am into it. I should complete this task successfully and that's possible only if I'm not distracted in this line.. 

In fact, I'm sitting on overtime to complete this work foregoing some of my personal needs and re allocating part of home responsibilities to other members of my family. I'm sorry, there is no way now. I am back to my work, Sir!”

The next day..

“Hi! Suresh! I need a helping hand in this work. Can you look into this for a while and give be a feed back?”

“Sir! Tell me what to do. I'll do that in parallel with the other main task you have given me earlier!”

“Good! You are a nice fellow!”

After one more day..

“Mr Suresh! One more help is required!”

“Sir! My main job is pending. Already half day had gone and….”

“No worry, Dear! Just do this and tell me….”

A few days later..

“Yaar, Suresh! I've this work for you.. Just help me out!”

“Sir! My main job…. OK! Let me see….”

After some time..

“Hi! Suresh! A moment of your time....”

“Sir! I'm sorry.. I'm on my job and….”

"Dear! How can you talk like that?"

“Sir! I've to do my job. Else you'll only question me on that!”

“Yes! I do…. I'm your Boss.. I question you here and I question you there. You've to take my orders and do both the jobs. Understand?"

Two months later..

“Mr Suresh! How many times I told you to wait for me and be ready to support me in the Morning Hrs? Where were you today morning? Further, your main work too has progressed very little so far!”

“Sir! You only asked me to spend some of my time on….!”

“Hello, dear! What are you talking? Giving back to Boss? This moment, I can issue a Memo for in-subordination. Also to say.. You are not co-operative at work.. 

If you could not complete the main task in time, it's your problem. Don’t say that time was not there. The whole 24 hrs were with you all these days. You could have completed all more efficiently through proper planning.. 

Sorry to say dear! This year’s Promotion….”

Subsequently, heard his voice else where..

“Hi, Mahesh! Good News! You saved for our Company lakhs worth of.... through your dedicated work…. I'm happy and I already recommended you for Promotion this year. Don't know, what's happening to our Suresh. I find him not up to the mark. He has to struggle a lot before he.... Let me see how he fares next year!”

I - MY IMPORTANCE, AT TIMES!

The fans of the Master of the modern poetry were pouring out praises after praises about his poetry thru' words thus..

• "The beautiful mind pours out those thoughts non stop like a running stream!"

And

• "The ever energetic hand pens down that flow of words endlessly!"

His mind and the right hand without a second thought were claiming 100% of that praise and applause with humility seen no where in the vicinity as the 5 fingers of his right hand were the silent spectators of all that with a certain murmur within..

The index finger:

• 'I who often help my man in giving directions everywhere is straight away taken off from the scene!' 

The middle finger:

• 'I who often respected by my man by tying a leaf around me in many ceremonies too is straight away taken off from the scene!' 

The ring finger:

• 'I who often receive gold rings of my man is also straight away taken off from the scene!' 

The little finger:

• 'I who often help my man's children for their basic need of expression is no exception and is straight away taken off from the scene!' 

The thumb:

• 'I who often is made use of by my man for giving 'thumbs-up' for an achievement is no way recognized and is straight away taken off from the scene!' 

That in no time picked up tempo and 

The next day morning as usual as the man got up, refreshed and was into his job,

• The mind readied to pour out the best of it's content extempore 

And

• The right hand too readied itself to pen down the stream of those highly valued words.. 

Instantly, all of its fingers

Together refused to hold as well as support holding the pen!

Thus the mind and the right hand for the first time lost their importance which otherwise sure was theirs

With the 5 fingers together refusing to support for not sharing with them part of the benefit and recognition accrued in the process!

The man suddenly got up from his strange dream, rubbed his eyes and as he slowly started pondering over the the same, it instantly struck to him..

'Never say 'NO' and ever try passing partly the benefit received at the end of every success to those too who contributed for that indirectly but were silently off the stage as without their unfailing support therein, you couldn't have achieved that!'

That evening as I was on my evening stroll, my pride started going up leaps and bounds patting me on the achievements I could make in my life..

I thought, I was 

The Leading Man 

Of my times because of my capabilities, my consciousness looked at me and said,

• "That's because, many around you volunteered following you without a protest, otherwise never!"

Next I thought, I was 

The Strong Man 

Of my times because of my clan, my consciousness interrupted me and said,

• "That's because, many around you were indirectly made weak, otherwise never!"

Further to that I thought, I was 

The Brave Man 

Of my times because of my confidence, my consciousness cut me short and said,

• "That's because many around you had their own legitimate fears, otherwise never!"

Beyond I thought, I was 

The Learned Man

Of my times because of my abilities, my consciousness intervened and said,

• "That's because many around you had no such great chances, otherwise never!"

Next to that I thought, I was

The Best man 

Everywhere because of my discipline, my consciousness again cut me short and said,

• "That's because many around you were simply not allowed to express so, otherwise never!

Looking at other aspects of mine I thought, I was 

The Intelligent Man 

Of my times because of my dedication, my consciousness again looked at me and said,

• "That's because many around you were not blessed to be so, otherwise never!"

Next I thought, I was 

The Wise Man 

Of my times because of my birth, my consciousness again intervened and said,

• "That's because many around you were of more adjusting type, otherwise never!"

Further I thought, I was 

The Useful Man 

Of my times because of my meticulous planning, my consciousness interrupted me and said,

• "That's because many around you were just unable to utilize their skills, otherwise never!"

Beyond I thought, I was 

The Smart Man

Of my times because of my alertness, my consciousness mocked at me and said,

• "That's because many around you are simply straightforward, otherwise never!"

Finally I thought, I was 

The Successful Man 

Of my times because of my capabilities, my consciousness laughed at me and said,

• "That's because many around you were deprived of those very opportunities, otherwise never!"

Totally lost for a while not knowing what am I all by myself with my pride almost fallen flat as I looked around, a man overtook me totally seen cheerful and happy all by himself.. 

My consciousness smiled and said, 

"Do you know? 

He is the Humblest man of the earth

All by himself because he sincerely

• Feels at heart for the other person and starts working in that direction from the next moment whatever the situation needs!"
