TRUE MANAGER.. WHAT'S HE/SHE LIKE?



Each individual is a dynamo of certain personality with own concluded theories within. And these levels of personalities with their in built tempos when in contact, the exchanges do proceed and result in constant problems between personalities ranging from
  • A cold war of total silence
To a level of
  • Temporarily hurling soft abuses at each other..
These continue to exist in this world and
  • Making them zero is an impossible task
Nor
  • Allowing them freely too is a risky affair..
Here alone the word 'Management' takes its birth and forever moves thru' doing its marvelous job of bringing in temporary cool and adjustment in the minds of the individuals in communication..

In that context go the following 10 qualities of

THE TRUE MANAGER

In any scenario as he/she continuously..
  • Remains ready to lose part of his/her self for the sake of those being managed..
  • Involves the man being managed work for the ultimate good thru' the related skills and cares for the person whole-heartedly thru' his/her own noble trait of human approach..
  • Grasps quickly that the individual with him/her has a certain duty to perform as well as certain rights to enjoy his/her freedom and strictly insists on doing all the duty bound activities and where the person's right starts, instantly stops ordering and goes by request explaining the benefit to both in doing that way promising extra benefit in that context subsequently..
  • Handles any tough situation well and regains control of the related confusion in a short time..
  • Tunes to the thinking level of the individual being managed within the boundaries of law/rules but never leaves convincing/educating the same person on the right..
  • Annihilates all laziness with a certain control but still at the individuals' own freedom and makes use of the saved energies for constructive works..
  • Cares for human emotions in an orderly way with neither an abrupt stop nor uncontrolled let out of the same as total stopping of emotions forever involves resistance, loss of effort and related anguish and allowing them uncontrolled causes damage, loss of output and related anguish..
  • Transforms temporarily the person being managed to do extra ordinary all along insisting him/her to do only on what is truly feasible..
  • Involves in educating at the basic freedom level of the individual being managed equally disciplining at his/her basic authority level..
  • Opts to work within the above boundaries but as much closer to the boundaries as possible ultimately in any given situation.. and
  • Never forces anyone on anything nor yields to anyone on anything with lot of convincing in the right direction alone remaining as his/her core activity

    1. Rightly affirmed on the message of the Post, Pradeep.. And that sure needs certain chip in of self in the interest of the person being managed.. Let us see a point here.. Whatever said and done, when questioned on oneness, the family is ever one; outsider is different.. That's because family members care for each other at basic level even though differences are seen at surface level.. None can say keeping a hand on heart that an outside member cares more than his/her family member at any point of time even though many fights are apparent between family members.. Such a level of caring to a certain extent of a member being managed sure produces wonderful results.. Thanks for the nice comment on the post.. Wishes!
