M - MANAGING AT WORK.. WHAT'S MISSING OFTEN THEREIN? A2Z 2026

“I'm the Manager in my Department and I have the responsibility of taking care of my work progress in my area and the Company's property. The owner of the Company has very much bestowed this responsibility on me. But when I act thus, I'm often vehemently opposed by my own people. But this task is with me and unless I tell strongly and make them feel responsible, am I not working against the wishes of my owner?" 

“Dear! I very much emphasize that forever you should act in time and set right the issues in front of you. Else your duty is incomplete and you will be actually dishonoring the faith your Employer had kept in you. Okay?"

"Right Sir!"

"But a small point here.. When you do thus, without your own knowledge an element of ownership enters you that you own the Enterprise and the related and that's why you should tell all that at any cost. Am I correct?”

“I agree with you Sir! I get a feeling that it's my Company and I should take care. But what's wrong in that?”

“To tell you 100% right, you are not the owner here but just have a Manager's Role in your work area; neither a bit more nor less of it at this point of time. Sure, as a Manager alone you should question, act and pass orders and never with a ownership feeling.. 

With such an attitude, when you instruct your people, it sure goes into their heart and they feel that seriousness deep within and in that scenario, they see in front of them that your are not instructing but there's just an 'Instruction' and they got to follow that. This Spirit in Nature prevailing around us, automatically guides them there and soon they start loving their work.. 

• When the Great Personality instructed His followers not to give back but bear the assault aimed at them Himself taking the assault right in front of them, the followers too patiently took the beatings without resisting nor getting off from the scene! 

No doubt, that was truly possible for the Great Personality as a True Leader when He disowned Himself in total but myself being very much limited would never do at that level but at my own very much possible and should do my bit of disowning too and thus present myself before my Assistants who sure in no time react to that tiny sacrifice I do in the situation and mold themselves to follow the right.. 

What else do you want if that happens in black and white right in front of you?”

"Take up the next work but compensate for the deficiency soon!"

"OK.. Leave it and get on to the next work. I'll see what can be done!"

C - ALL COOLNESS AT WORK IS NO WELCOME MANY TIMES! A2Z 2026

A gentleman was working in a Private Firm which was surviving in a tough competitive field and was the supplier to a huge non profitable Trust on certain requirement which the Trust had outsourced to the Firm.. 

In order to retain the Orders and survive in the harsh competitive environment, his Bosses had almost driven him mad which made him work till late night daily to finish the tasks in front.. 

Thus he was daily short of sleep and it was accumulating endlessly. Naturally, that could not go on forever..

One day, he firmed up..

"The only way to remain in the field is to get into a similar job which the Trust is getting done through its own Company with 100% its own shares!"

Having decided thus, he soon applied for a suitable job advertised by that Company and got selected with not much difficulty as he had a good experience in that field. He felt very happy..

“The cut throat competition around will no more trouble me beyond. Now, at least daily I can sleep better after my work!" 

He thought.. But soon he was found to be wrong..

Being in a Company job, there were again goals and deadlines, the gentleman in no time was pushed to a corner to perform indirectly as otherwise the Company Bosses would become unhappy and the daily tensions of keeping his Bosses pleased soon pushed him to the 'worry corner' and in no time and 

He started experiencing sleepless nights..

He finally firmed up, 

“The best way here is to get into the job which has no business motto at all but only a service interest. There, the work ends daily at at 5 PM and the next day is forever fresh as 

'Do honestly but do what you can without wasting time!'

Is the motto there. A direct job with the Trust exactly satisfies this requirement and here I am well experienced to meet their needs!"

Having decided thus, he applied for a suitable job with the Trust and got selected for the same with not much difficulty.. 

Finally, he was totally relaxed and was extremely happy..

"Now I can sleep well!" 

He thought as the job was really smooth, no spill over for the next day, no pressure beyond except following the simple highly feasible orders at work, a hundred percent '9 to 5' work culture and a freedom to talk on the 'wrong!'  What else one needs at work?

But strangely, he continued to have the sleepless nights again. For a while, he was totally in a fix not knowing the reason for the same but soon found the right answer.. 

He had no problem from work point of view with so much coolness at the back!

POST 18 - IT'S SURE A CHALLENGE; NOTHING MORE THAN THAT! #WriteAPageADay

"This Group Head of mine doesn't specify a single activity to be done to the point. He forever talks loose picking up something here and something there and expects us, the Juniors infer in between and take up necessary action. That way, many of us are often confused on what exactly he expects us to do and by mistake if any one of us asks back, this one straight away humiliates him saying,

• 'You are now a Manager.. Can't you just infer what I meant? If you can't read some one, how do you manage so many trivial issues at your work where the head and tail are never specified and your Client ever expects you to meet the requirement therein to the best of your abilities.

• Rise to the occasion, dear! Work life can never be so cool as you think. You have to solely perform here else no go. There's no via media of existing at an average level and take salaries!'

Many times, we are fed up with such constant condemnation. Some times I wonder, why at all I got this promotion. Mondays mean forever a dreaded life!

Compared to this, earlier life was so much cool!"

Thus was pouring out a young Manger his inner tensions at work to his well-wisher on a Sunday Morning..

The well-wisher listened in full to the young man's saying, paused for a while, smiled and said,

"Dear! I understand what you say. You were given a promotion as Manager and your Company wants to see you as a performing Manager bidding bye to the old style of your working where you were given a specific task and asked to just do that..

No doubt, this is the beginning of such tensions at work and as you move up further the ladder of elevation, this questioning becomes much more tough and you are expected to grasp many things from one single line, take timely decisions and act.

But no worries, that's how a typical work life is defined as the individual goes up the ladder of promotions taking up the ever increasing responsibilities. You may be feeling this strange and odd because earlier as a working/supervising personality, you were never tasked with such jobs by your Management.

But no despair here as that is how our life on the earth too is defined if you take a close look at it.

The Almighty had provided a certain environment around us which if rightly made use of would better our lives but if neglected or misused sooner or later, the results sure will be bad.

To tell you the most interesting fact of our life..

• The Lord no doubt provided all that for human to exist at a decent level thru' his/her own effort but never specified what exactly to do in the scenario and how to progress in that context and further never made it clear to human being what happens the next moment totally leaving everything to the individual's understanding, planning and the execution.

When you are managing such vibrant life issues so well at the back of a great enthusiasm all along ascertaining yourself within..

• 'This is my life. I'll make the best out of it and express in the way I want!'

Why are you so much afraid to take up just man made challenges posed to you at your work and instead straight away take with all cool, address and be done away with them?"

POST 16 - A STORY OF DIARIES AROUND 30 YRS BACK! #WriteAPageADay

The young man completed his graduation and got into a job of hectic work schedules. He was in high spirits..

“My job is quite interesting and inspiring.  And my take home pay stands at.... I can do wonders at the back of this earning.  I decided to write my daily Diary of Events. That way I will be alert.  My Manager is a nice guy. Last time I personally met him and he treated me….”

All the time, a beautiful Diary was in his hand!

A few years passed. Unfortunately, the timely promotion was delayed. And the attitude too quickly changed.. 

“This routine is boring. The Manger, now days is charging me unnecessarily for no fault of mine. I can't relax even a minute here. Soon I have to change the job or do something on my own. Even my favorite TV program ended yesterday. Next week, we decided to  go on vacation to the Picturesque Spot which I unnecessarily postponed all these days thinking that leave from work may affect....”

And the Diary was collecting dust!

To every one's surprise, he announced on a day about a good Offer he got in another Company based on his experience and was straight away given the Role of the Manager. A big Role in the Dept!  On the day of his joining the new Company, the newness brought an immediate change in his talk.. 

“I am posted as In-Charge of a very good Team of Engineers. This is great!  I think I have now the best in life. The targets are too tight but they keep all of us on our toes. A good Spirit.. I love my Company! I forgot, I should tell all my people to write their daily Diary of....”

Soon a brand new Diary was in his hand!

Some more years passed. Again, there was no escape from routine and the next promotion was years away.. The talk too was different.. 

“Yeah! I am stuck to this routine and with this Company. I've so many Offers around but leaving the Company at this stage has my own personal problems. See you cannot leave it but if you get into it seriously, it eats out your 24 hrs and sometimes demands 25 hrs/ day.You should be smart here and get off with nice excuses. After all personal life is more important!”

The old Diary on his table was not changed for a long time!

After 2 years, he was made the HOD by default as the continuing Boss retired but with a good jump in salary…. He was back with all pride....“Whatever the Past may be, I love this…. See as Head of the Dept.,  you can do many things in your Company…. Earlier I was handicapped everywhere…. And now, I have that Power…. I decided to chalk out the best Program for my Dept…. I don’t allow any delinquency any where anytime…. My Mangers on duty should all the time have their latest Diaries in their hands….”

A few Diaries seemed neatly arranged on one side of his table!

Years passed…. That was the end of his Career as many similar Companies in the field all of a sudden changed the Promotion Rules making it mandatory to have a min experience in the earlier Grade for the next Level which the gentleman  …. Neither he could change his job.... All drive had gone at one stroke…. “All these works will be with us forever…. We too need them else what to do with our time? At the same time, we should not run at this age for small praise or small benefit…. Let this go on as usual but something different has to be done now! All these days that part was not touched…. Heard that certain Discourses were arranged at…. And the Great Man is…. It is time to relax and become more Devotional and Philosophical….”

All Diaries slowly were moved to a shelf behind except a single torn One for daily routine!

POST 12 - SENIORITY IN SERVICE! #WriteAPageADay

“Sir! Being a senior member at work, I'm not compensated properly by my Company in respect of my promotion/s and salary. I feel sad. How can my Management do this to me by not giving due weight-age to my seniority in the Organization?"

"Dear! I understand your problem and I too wish that your management should have taken care of you properly in giving timely promotion/s..

When we look at the importance of seniority in service, it is instantly evident that the employee at work over years of service..

Becomes an expert in the related skills of his/her field and thus automatically would know the ‘IN’ and ‘OUT’ ofhis/her work.. 

Further to that, 

He/she also matures himself/herself in the general management of day to day issues at and around in the work area.. 

And 

In general, a sort of maturity in life too joins all that in the back ground..

The above 3 together is called

'The Seniority in Service' in the Employment Arena..

This seniority, has it's own value at work and continues to enjoy all the support and benefits in the work area provided..

The employee is honest at his/her work, exerts without hesitation and follows all the rules and regulations to core

And

The employee does not suffer from any serious disabilities or health problems like

A Senior Caterer of a Catering Service when attacked by severe cold too is forced to keep off from active serving and if the cold becomes chronic, may have to be out of catering service itself..

He/she is not too much out-dated in his/her's skills as in such cases the new entrants become more useful in the same job like

An old Potter having no job amidst the use of coolers..

At the backdrop of such a work life, one's seniority carries its respect and value in the Organization and will generally be compensated well in all such cases..

It's unfortunate that your Management is delinquent in this aspect in spite of you being satisfying all the above conditions at your employment but beyond a point they too are not at fault because..

It's the concept of free enterprise everywhere in the field of employment except in few services and certain specific appointments and the employer out of own freedom can still choose some one else for his/her work in your place but

Here you too have a 100% chance to continue with your present employer or not.. 

Your contract of appointment can just be closed with the issue of a certain notice period from either side as per the terms and conditions of your appointment and you can take up similar senior position in the contemporary organization/s at the back of your rich work experience..

Why are you not thinking on these lines if you really want to give true regard and value to your senior status?"

POST 11 - LEARNING IS TIMELESS! #WriteAPageADay

A middle aged Manager was a little unhappy that at work as one of his young Assistants even though most of the times was listening to him and following what he said, at times refused to heed to his advise if not the Order..

He expected his Assistants to take his advice on all issues which he generally gave out of his maturity for their own benefit..

On one of the days, the Manager met a Senior Colleague and brought the issue to his notice. He wanted to know what exactly was making the young man a little adamant not to listen to him on some of the welfare issues..

The Senior person was a good Mentor and a person of deep thinking and wisdom. He listened to his friend’s problem, paused a while and said, 

“My dear! I understand the personality of this young man as I too observed his actions from time to time. He is not simply a person of principles like you. He is an individual who is able to perceive the deeper Truth in many of the advices and actions around.. 

Most of the time, your principles meant good for the people and society were in line with Truth and so the young man follows them but for you it appears as if he had followed your advice.. 

In a few, your advice may lack Truth. In such cases alone he does not heed to your advice. Actually in all issues with him, he follows a discipline nearer to Truth whether you tell him or not.”

The Manager was taken a back. He said, 

"It is surprising.. I valued my principles so much from my childhood, lived all my life strictly adhering to them and never encountered an opposition. How can they lack Truth?”

The wise man smiled and said, 

“I do not say so. But I want to say that 

Sticking to principles in life is different from perceiving the Truth

Sometimes they both differ because Truth is Unique and principles have the color of individual ego.. 

There alone, this young man differs.. 

Truly speaking, the right way here is to support him in all such cases and be ready to learn from him and modify our own principles in life rather than 

Exhibiting our ego and ending up playing the 'Power Games' on him!”

POST 9 - THE RIGHT PLACE FOR THE 'INDISPENSABLE PERSONALITY!' #WriteAPageADay

“Sir! This is the Offer Letter of my new job and this is my resignation letter. Please accept it and relieve me at the earliest!"

“What Mr Ganesh! you are leaving? What's less here, dear? The work is interesting and prospects are good. Please think over. We'll see what best can be done for exceptional people like you. Can you give me some time?”

No go, the Manager's resignation was accepted soon and in few days, he was relieved. The next day his Assistant was with the Boss..

“Sir! Every one knows that Mr Ganesh was the backbone of the present activities in our Dept. He started all this from scratch and brought to this level. His leaving is sure a big loss for all of us. Why didn’t our Management think of retaining him? For a few extra Rupees, we lost such a good and required person in our Department!”

“Yes, Dear! I agree to your point and Our Chief also tried his best to pay max here. More than that we can't compensate him in this case. If he wants more, he has to go!”

“Why so, Sir?”

“See.. In business, monies are precious and they are always limited. Our salaries depend not only on the

Profits of our Company

But also on the

The annual turnover,
The Orders on hand and
Those in the pipeline!

All these parameters together decide the salary structure in any Company and there would be almost little cushion to accommodate any changes as the worth of the business itself is at that level in the Market..

If a person is offered more salary elsewhere means, he is shifting to a business of higher worth where such salaries fit in correctly. So Mr Ganesh's place from now onwards is in such Companies only and never with us..

Whatever be this man’s worth, our business monies can't accommodate such a costly man. Instead of becoming useful to us, soon he becomes a burden on the Company which indirectly means that our Customers are forced to pay heavily for getting their job done..

Our aim forever is that our business prospers. If he is not there, another one in his place struggles and learns to do the work for the same salary or sometimes even for less too!”

While leaving the Boss smiled and said,

"No problem, I sensed this long back and already made arrangements for the impending change. You'll soon see that!"

POST 8 - COMPETENCY AT WORK #WriteAPageADay

A Senior Executive in an Office had a few Assistants with him. One of them was a very obedient personality..

Taking every order and attending to the task given to the core and thus delivering what was asked for. But the Chief always used to point out him here and there commenting that he was not up to the mark..

The other Assistants having observed this for a while, felt sorry for their colleague and one fine day, asked the Boss why he was targeting the boy all the time who was really good at work..

The Boss smiled and said,

“My dear Boys! You all very well know that we are into a serious business when we sit here for our work. And here, we are supposed to do not only our work but be constantly aware so that we are not caught in a gullible situation through our own the so called simplicity.. 

That way seen, there is nothing like doing a fixed work and getting away even though it looks simple that way. You should ever remember that the work environment is like a war zone where you are like a warrior. In any war, you always have three most important duties with you at any time..

• You will enter the war area at the right place, in the right time with proper defence with you,
• You will fight out to the level required and finish the task given to you in the earliest time with all vigor

And

• And you will quickly retreat from the area before the enemy tries to spot you and catch you!

In a similar way, in work area too all the while,

• You should be well equipped with all training, information and the right tools before hand as you start the work,
• You should be working with all vigor and finish the task well in time

And

• You should see that the task is delivered into the right hands and all privacy required in this area is taken care in a diplomatic way!

Without these disciplines, if an individual is at his / her work, he / she will quickly be caught off guard and attacked by a few vested interests who are in for grabbing the opportunity and make a hay in the field..

That way, by employing a half competent person like this man who knows only the work but not the rest, the Employer may lose or may land up in problems of strained relations, unnecessary blame or at times may get into few critical issues from which getting out will be a real a problem!

THE A,B,Cs OF WORK!

It was the DAY OF FAREWELL to the gentleman retiring being almost a 90% matured person both at work and in life..

When many of the top Bosses started pouring in the usual speeches of his capabilities, achievements etc etc equally at the back of certain discrete criticism, the elderly gentleman politely and softly set all that praise to a side and said with a smile,

“At work, I followed a SINGLE KNOWN PATH to me till date which I believed as the RIGHT WAY and all these years whenever and wherever I was asked to do a particular job as much I used to put a question to myself Viz.;

'Why not 

Show a little extra of my Attention,

Bring out a little extra of my Best and

Use a little extra of my Capabilities here than the exact

And finish the job given me?'

That alone helped me...." 

His voice got chocked suddenly with an untold emotion from within but the gentleman was instantly backed by a thunderous clapping by one and all who assembled there in hundreds to SEE OFF their 'BELOVED BOSS’ in whom all of them could see a 'REAL FRIEND' too all along their association with him!

• The competent relax thru' their own dedicated work; the incompetent allot a special time for such relaxation invariably criticizing others around!

• The competent meticulously plan for life time and live for the day; the incompetent plan for a day and expect that to last for life time!

• The competent correct themselves for any lapses as they get into work; the incompetent start correcting others non stop as they take up their work!

• The competent bring out many more competent people behind them in the long run; the incompetent are just left out with a handful of similar ones around them all the time!

MY STRUGGLE.. MY DUTY!

"Hah.. I'm squarely caught here!"

"What happened?"

"Tell me what any one can do in my situation..

I was in the Chamber of Boss and the landline went on loudly.  The Boss was in a corner discussing with some one and so I took the phone and told Boss who was on the other end. That's it.. The Boss came and answered the call but looked at me and questioned me,

'Why did you take the call?'

I was hurt as my aim was to help the Boss but kept silence.. 

On another day, similar situation was there and the phone rang up loudly.  This time, I decided not to touch the phone and as I remained thus the Boss came, took the call and later questioned me,

'Can't you take the call sitting so near?'

What do you do with such questionings by your Boss?"

"Dear! I agree with you but remember if you are under pressure of doing such things, your Boss is under double pressure of doing similar things and more or less, every one faces such problems at their workplace.. 

Leave all that and look at yourself. Do you remember..

Few years ago before getting this job, the

STRUGGLE

You have undergone? You alone, 

Stood in long queues, 

Tackled all problems that came up in the process patiently,

Resisted every bit of lethargy in you, 

Undertook all strain required,

Got the Appointment Order, 

Gave back instant acceptance,

Left the dear place of stay of all those years of growing and finally

Entered the so called work place with a throbbing heart to take up and do the job given with all sincerity..

Seen thus, why don't you think of 

Decide yourself the best course of action required in every situation

Understanding the inevitable conflict at work and

Take up the related task with all sincerity 

Yielding not to any pressures of remorse attitude coming up in you, the true

DUTY

With you at this moment?

Such attitude alone resolves all these petty conflicts and makes you progress steadily in your work. What do you say?"

"JUST 5 MINUTES.."

 

"I was late.. Just 5 minutes.. That's nothing actually. My Boss straight away cut half day. I thought of telling the Boss, 'Any how you took away half day of my leave. Don't ask me any work for half day. I can even go out and finish my personal works for half day!'"

"You can't do that!"

"What are you saying? What right this Boss has to take away my half day leave like that?"

"At work, leave is a privilege.. Not a right!"

"Leave is given to me to use as per my wish!"

"You have to apply for it and it has to be sanctioned before use!"

"That is routine!"

"But the key is ever with the Boss!"

"What?"

"Yes.. If required, Boss can refuse sanctioning the leave. Then you have no option of using it!"

"Too much!"

"Not that alone, even if sanctioned, leave can be cancelled in the middle of your use and you can be asked to join the work!"

"What?"

"Even if you have gone outstation too, you can be asked to come back immediately!"

"Oh is it? Then I have my own trick here.  Say I am sick. Then they can't stop me from taking leave!"

"Agreed, you can do that. But it has its own weak point!"

"What is this one more?"

"Thru' sickness, you are making it known officially that you are not fit for work. If done repeatedly....."

"What? What if done repeatedly?"

"Boss has every right to say that you are not fit for work and so no more required. Do you want that?"

"?????"

In early 20s  

When

Time appears plenty,

Involvement lacks everywhere,

Money remains limited and 

Energies go out constantly

On the day of joining,

Employment is seen as place of doing wonders..

In mid 20s

When

Time gets rationed,

Involvement surfaces,

Money remains reasonable 

 and 

Energies touch skies, 

It is felt like an imposed responsibility..

Around mid 30s 

When

Time becomes limited,

Involvement deepens,

Money becomes wholesome 

 And 

Energies go everywhere,

It becomes the necessary responsibility 

And 

Quickly narrows down to day to day responsibility..

In mid 40s
When
Time becomes further limited,
Involvement deepens beyond,
Money becomes wholesome
And
Energies go on and on everywhere ,

It settles down to an endless responsibility..

In mid 40s to end 50s with one or two promotions

When

Time zeroes down,

Involvement starts talking,

Money becomes sizable 

 And 

Energies remain at brim,

It changes to a ruling responsibility,

In no time is experienced as a sweet responsibility,

Further rises to a loved responsibility 

And beyond

Settles down to a sacred responsibility..

On the eve of retirement around 60s 

When

Time becomes immaterial,

Involvement dictates,

Money accumulates 

 And 

Energies are put to test,

It is felt as worshipped responsibility well discharged..

Soon as the tempo of new life picks up,

From mid 60s to mid 70s 

When

Time creates sometimes an issue,

Involvement softens,

Money remains static

 And 

Energies start tapering down,

It is seen as part of life well lived with handsome monies on hand!

Finally beyond mid 70s 

When

Time at disposal remains immaterial,

Involvement becomes least,

Money creates sometimes an issue

And 

Energies touch almost zero,

IT LIVES IN SWEET MEMORIES ON AND OFF!

CONTEMPORARY KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS.. #BLOGCHATTER HALF MARATHON 2025

The child had to go for few extra curricular activities at the young age. Naturally those extra activities in school curriculum as well as outside the curriculum were invariably on Sundays and holidays and that way the child was continuously made to involve into all those activities..

The grand father felt for the child struggling to learn/do so many new beyond normal studies. For a while he was restless but as the elderly gentleman sat in his easy chair and thought over, slowly a certain message was seen opening up in front of him..

• 'Contemporary knowledge/skills are the most important entities in one’s work life..

• Any additional knowledge/skill with one away from own specialization is contemporary knowledge/skill assuming that he/she is update in his/her specialization..

• Partly, contemporary knowledge/skills are taught up to the class where the schooling ends in one’s life. Rest of that knowledge/skills are acquired through one’s interaction in society and extra interests and that varies from person to person..

• One always does one's work through one's specialization the best but that doing alone is not all and one has to sell his/her work else money will not come..

• That selling is a trick and one's basic skill or specialization alone can't do that unless there is less supply and more demand in the market. But most of the times it is the other way in the world. So one has to create demand and compete in respect of the supply..

• The quality of work which is out of one's skill alone may limit competition from others to certain extent when pricing and timely deliveries are taken care. But surely creation of demand depends upon one's skills of social interactions and knowledge in that direction. There alone, the contemporary knowledge/skills play a definite role..

• The Employer may primarily take up the task of creating demand but he/she definitely expects his/her Employee to assist in that. The Employee does not have much choice there..

So, next time when children are seen involving in anything beyond studies, pause and think..

• That requirement is part and parcel of the coming up life as well

• Of course, with the core specialization as the base!'

THE 'NO ESCAPE' LOOP! #BLOGCHATTER HALF MARATHON 2025

The super rich business man of early 50s was given firm advice on health grounds and he decided to live through that discipline whatever the hurdles be.. 

“From today beyond my usual work, 

• Let me go for brisk walk for an hour daily,
• Let me climb min 3 floors as part of that walking,
• Let my diet be max bland and limited,
• Let me go to bed between 10&11 and have min 6 hrs sleep and beyond all
• Let me keep myself calm and cool as much with max cheerfulness in my life!”

He firmed up in his mind. The mobile phone rang instantly.. It was his Business Partner..

“Hello dear! How are you? Is everything fine? Yaar!  One important task with us presently.. Sometime back, there was a call from our Customer's Office.. 

It seems, a delegation of.... are planning to visit our premises tomorrow and they will be here for the whole of next week.  If we can truly please them, we will have life time fortune and the monies flow in for us. In this connection, our presence all these 7 days is very much required. The only difficulty for you may be that you have to bear all this till late night for a week..

But it is only in the evenings. Our regular work as planned will not get affected. These 7 days, I arranged dinner at Hotel.... you know, known for the finest international and continental cuisine..

On the last day, it's a big send off and the 'Best' would be at the disposal of all. Let us, do this in a grand way.  I agree, it's one week's tension for everyone but as monies flow in, it would be a fortune for us.  Be ready at 6 PM.. The vehicle will pick you up at your place. Bye, See you then!”
