N - A FIRM 'NO' IN THE BIGNIING ITSELF IS WISDOM AT TIMES! A2Z 2026

A King visited the distant prosperous Kingdom on a request call..

He spent a few days there and the King of the prosperous Kingdom quickly showed him all those extra facilities he provided for his people in their routine life..

The King got very much inspired with all that and on return, decided to provide the same for his people too. The friendly King of prosperous Kingdom in no time offered the expertise help required there with no cost at some places and with a small cost at other places and promised to continue giving that support..

The wise Minister raised his objection for the implementation of the new schemes saying that it was not a feasible idea for his people. The King snubbed him off in no time as enough finances were there in the Treasury for the support. The ambitious scheme was soon through..

In few weeks, the specific facilities were with people at every corner. The King felt..

• 'Where there's a will there's a way!' 

After all it was not a difficult job.. His ambition was to go ahead with the next program that was lurking in his mind..

But there was an issue.. A serious one indeed..

The facilities at various points in the kingdom in short time started giving problems of maintenance and upkeep. An attempt was made to address the same but found that it was a Herculean job to do that as..

• Expertise was not available around to look into the problems which had to be subsequently purchased continuously from the prosperous Kingdom at high cost, 

• Spares were not available to the number required, 

• A few available had prohibitive price as the quality had to be maintained and 

• Spurious spares which were in no time in the market started giving problems the next day of their fitment.. 

In no time, the precious life saving finances, energies and time had to be diverted to maintain the ambitious Project going on which was impossible to do..

Thus, soon the facilities at all points in the kingdom were closed and people were back to their own ingenious ways of living their life without them. The king was a just a mute watcher in front the whole Project being shelved through..

The wise Minister was right,

• 'What you can't maintain through out the life, you should never have in the beginning itself!'

• No go, practical democratic ruling is the sum total rulings of few sub-democracies and many sub-dictatorships!

NOW WE KNOW THE OTHER REASON, WHY OLD IS GOLD!

A person of certain deep intuition wanted to bring out that Original Truth to the knowledge of everyone..

When he started talking on that publicly, the Experts group appointed by the King intervened and said as per rules, all new findings should be approved by them before they go public..

The person thus could not move ahead and as required, presented the findings to the Experts Group comprising of..

• Group I - Experts with 90% expertise and 20% power,
• Group II - Experts with 60% expertise and 40% power and
• Group III - Experts with 20% expertise and 70% power..

Instantly Group II came forward, took the person's presentation as input and analyzed..

They okayed 60% of it and passed on the same to Group I..

The Group I analyzed it, accepted 54% of it and passed on the same to Group III..

The Group III analyzed and accepted finally 10% of it saying that the Intuition is just 10% of Original Truth and presented to the King the final report..

The King looked at the person and said,

"You need to make the short fall of 90% before you present it to the people!"

The person said,

"Your Majesty! You mean, I should fill up my Original Truth Revelation with 90% of non truth? How is that right?"

"I too agree!"

The King said..

"Then why are you silent? You've 100% power to say what is what!"

"I believe you but I can't say I don't believe my Experts. Then people do not believe me as I alone had approved the Experts Group to exist thus as without their concurrence, I can't rule!"

"I didn't get your point, Sir!"

"Yes, dear! Left free, Knowledge and Power always move opposite. Here forever, the Ruler's job is how to get both as close possible and in your situation, this is the best I could do!"

Y - YELLING Vs SILENCE IN MANAGEMENT! #BlogchatterA2Z

It was morning hrs 9 AM. The Estate Manager’s Office in the huge housing complex was busy with hectic morning activities. The Manager was seen actively moving around, instructing a few, questioning some and listen to others. The atmosphere was full of vibrations and movements..

“Mr Rajesh! Where is the Plumber? Flat No…. resident has a problem with the water supply…. He rang up just now. Send the plumber immediately there!”

“I am not seeing the Electrician here. I think, he is late today also. You should be strict. Bring him to me when he comes!”

“The Gardener is not coming today and he informed me by phone. Please ask someone to take care of watering the plants!”

“The House Keeping Staff are not doing their job properly. Many complaints are with me. What actions are you taking? If this is  allowed unchecked, soon this Complex stinks and every one will ask why we are here. Take care, Mr Supervisor!”

“Hi! You have come. Why are you so late?  The Office starts sharp at 8 AM, dear!  I don't want this indiscipline any more here else you have to find another job. OK, now go to Flat No….. immediately; they have no power. Set it right. If some thing goes wrong, we will all be squarely blamed!”

“Rajesh, I see the Security Boy at the Gate simply allowing people IN without a check. Dear! this way, a stranger can get access to this place very easily. Talk to his Boss and ask him to replace the boy with a better person!”

“Many complained that now a days, their Post is not being delivered in time. Why is it so? You have to streamline all these issues else you know what I mean.. Take care of your job, dear!”

“Hello! Yes.. Please,, Sir! we can't send the Technician, the moment you ring up. I noted down your complaint, he will be at your door step in one hr!”

A month passed.  Suddenly the Manager’s popular voice was missing. Enquiries reveled that he was asked to resign and go and in his place, the earlier Supervisor was promoted and posted  as Manger. And to every one's surprise, it was almost a total silent atmosphere around in the Complex..

Strangely, there were no major problems except the routine ones in respect of Power, Water, Cleanliness and Security other activities being well under control with no major complaints from the Residents. The new Manger was silent all the time with not much talk except the soft tone heard once in a way but every one being on their jobs and life in the Complex maintained smooth and friendly!

THE WRONGS OF DEMOCRACY.. HOW TO ADDRESS THEM IN A PRACTICAL WAY? #WRITEAPAGEADAY

"Sir! Sometime I wonder what type of Democratic Ruling we have..

Take the example of the ordinary individuals around us..

Some of them, constantly and surely would be observing the glaring wrong being done by few people at the back of certain muscle and money power with them and how the public getting misguided by these vested interests.. 

But they are equally afraid to talk on that as they sure know that if they do that beyond, they'll be shown their position in no time.. 

That way seen the ordinary men and women around in spite of clearly knowing the wrong going on around may just be keeping off out of fear of threat or backlash if the same is openly brought out.. 

If that is the fate of the few so called intelligentsia of the society, the ordinary person who can never conceive at this depth is totally gullible in hands of the power mongers and rule implementors and thus the system forever goes thus unchanged.. 

Please tell me, what great freedom one can experience in such a system around other than keeping silence and living their life?"

• "Dear! I understand what you are saying and definitely it's difficult to the knowledgeable to speak out openly on the likely wrong intentions behind the proposals and rules made by the vested interested groups but their responsibility never ends there towards the society if carefully looked into these aspects in depth!"

"What are you talking sir? What these intellectuals around us can really do dedicatedly as the powerful forces around can straighten them in no time? Not all are so great to withstand the hardships they would face in the process.. 

Definitely there is stage where they start acting neutral if not along with the wrong as they find life otherwise miserable for them alone. What way they can help to stop this powerful exploitation which goes on silently but eternally?"

• "Yes.. What all you said is correct and none of the so called intellectuals around us should act without seeing their own strengths to face the onslaught that would be targeted at them if opposed beyond. But they equally are not totally tied down there..

• A person who knows the wrong that can happen or the feasible wrong intentions behind any proposals made by the rulers of the system, should talk on that softly thru' the channels available with them without bringing out explicitly targeting any one in the process and try educating the people around them continuously..

• If this much is constantly done by the persons who I agree are so weak to talk or bring out beyond, an initiation is truly done in the minds of the listeners around him/her who mostly are like him/her only but could not grasp this point till then.. 

• They in turn become part of such movement at a very primitive level. And I'm sure a few of these listeners start looking into the aspects talked of who in turn become supporters of this silent movement..

• Thus a movement starts where the ordinary knowledgeable persons become truly a party but without any fear of backlash in their minds and that sure lays firm foundation for the required change!"

NOTHING COMES FREE! #WRITEAPAGEADAY!

It is a fact that in Democratic Ruling, whenever a deficiency comes up or continues to exist in a certain group of people, vested interests always surround the group with all promises and plans to set right the deficiency.. 

In this process various Programs will be brought out with rigid time bound targets and a lot of talk will be going around on the execution of the program..

Naturally, people will be excited and an emotional wave soon follows. But all this will never bring in the required change instantly and if it happens it is a miracle only..

Truly speaking, an honest person behind a simple Program only will bring the real change. Rest may be simply in the game of passing the buck and gaining the intermediate..

But equally too, we can't keep quiet for the honest person to surface as that day never comes up so easily in our life time as one hundred percent honesty is an occasional entity to be found in this world.. 

Meanwhile, time never waits and something has to be done too to alleviate exploitation and suffering.. 

The only effective tool here is..

Keeping a constant vigil.. 

Thus, accepting the programs should go on as usual but keeping a vigil on the progress is a must. Here, everyone who is a beneficiary in the Program should always be ready to raise a voice for any injustice done in the implementation. Sometimes these protests will be indirectly silenced by the powerful involved.. 

But 

That's the only way in front and therefore all programs should ever be dynamic both from implementation and follow up point of view..

In the process some good will be done; equally some damage too but ultimately life moves towards betterment only as being static is no solution for the problems and a dynamic state alone can help there 

But 

When and how is always a question to be answered with time. Here ultimately, the damage and the effort involved in questioning are the costs one has to pay to accrue the good!

But no problem..

Nothing comes free in this world and it's worth paying that much for the good prevail around!

"That way you'll never get one with such revelation to rule you. It's better you allow a person who has an interest to take up the ruling!"

Asserted the democratic ruler..

"Yes.. True Leaders are ever limited and I've no go here other than accept the one in front of me ready to rule. But that never takes me off from

BEING VIGILANT!"

Equally asserted the citizen..

"Come on.. There are so many opposing, questioning and voting mechanisms in this set up, I can't decide everything by myself!"

Assured the democratic ruler..

"I agree all those mechanisms are there. But power sure corrupts and in the process all involved can be either,

• Satisfied beyond,
• Sidelined for a moment,
• Secluded routinely or
• Silenced permanently

And a rosy picture of ruling can be presented..

Thus seen, all the checking mechanisms with me are equally defective!"

Said the citizen firmly..

"That way taken, none will be available to rule you and that sure is a state of anarchy!"

Meekly said the democratic leader..

"Yes.. That too can happen and the lovers of democracy should never allow that. Seen thus, the only way in front of me is..

• Never take easy,
• Ever doubt,
• Never side and
• Ever question

Religion, Politics and Wealth

Were in front of human..

God said,

• Wealth be only for your well-being and charity..

Contain and cherish!"

Satan said,

"Let

• Religion be improving your political image,
• Politics be to keep others under your grip

And

• Wealth be for your enjoyment and expansion..

Expand and enjoy!"

All decided to follow God's Advice.. But

Few had fallen a prey to Satan's words and they started controlling the rest thru' political games..

Some one queried,

"What type of political games are yours?"

Pat came the reply,

"Our strategy is simple..

A machine cuts a part into pieces of uniform thickness. We say here, human is the best to do that job as the person involved gets wholesome employment. Our actual aim is..

Those parts made will never be of uniform thickness and there we will have 100% chance of blaming the human and keep the person under our indirect control continuously!"

HISTORY REPEATS.. NO GO!

An injustice takes place in the form of suppression and denying the eligible receipts/rights..

No inquiry through a Committee to investigate the failure on the behalf of an Expertise Group backed by Power could bring out the Truth because of the influence of partiality from the side of the Experts' Group and lack of knowledge in the field from the side of Non Experts' Group of the Committee.. 

But the non-agreement between the two Groups, in the form of a constant 'Ever Questioning Attitude' many times brings in the true justice. What is the most important point here is to give equal powers to the two Groups. But the Seat of Power always tilts these scales.. And, dethroning the Seat of Power for all such actions is an impossible task through any known Democratic Approaches except through a Revolution..

That Revolution alone starts the whole process of reformation but sustenance of this reformation is a big question mark because the Power Seekers around finely divide the masses and work towards capturing the Power back through either luring or threatening..

Ultimately, the masses have no choice but to yield. In the process, the opponents lose for ever both the Earth and the Heaven on the Earth and a few may thus suffer throughout their lives..

The Great Saintly Personalities alone can bring in the required changes everywhere outside as well as in the hearts of every one around but those Personalities do not interfere with the functioning of Nature through any special doings except through their Silence..

Ultimately, a Yuga ends through Divine Intervention and the birth of a New World takes place under the Guidance of these Great Saintly Personalities backed by Truth and Dharma..

In the mean time, 'NO GO!', history repeats a number of times!

FREEDOM OF PRESS.. WHAT'S IT LIKE? #WriteAPageADay

Once a man, a gentleman and a deep thinker had a great intuition on Spiritual Aspects of Life and had certain instant Revelations within himself..

He used to read with great interest books containing the direct Sayings of few Great Personalities of Wisdom on Spiritual Aspects of Life which they practically lived through and told the world what is what..

He deeply felt at his heart that he should make a book of his thoughts along with

• What the Great personalities had said,
• What life stands for,
• What is the solution for eliminating the suffering in the world etc,

A total Insight into Life and Truth. He was sure that people would ultimately be benefited through that publication..

Having decided thus, he quickly made a draft of the same and was about to go for publishing the Write Up. At that point of time, a well-wisher advised him to get a formal approval of one Organization working around to represent those Great Personalities to avoid any future controversies saying,

"You may say Truth. But the Powerful next to it should OK it as you are not evolved to the Level of the Great Personalities to face future troubles from the Organization!"

Accordingly the draft was given to the Organization and it was

• Quickly received,
• Some changes/corrections were made to it and
• Returned in a short time.. 

A close Associate of the gentleman prepared the final Write Up for printing..

The gentleman was happy that he could finally ready his write up which would benefit the world through

• Preaching of Good Morals,
• Truthful and Honest way of Living and
• Firming up Belief in God and other Values of Life!

But his experience after reading the final Write Up was totally different. He found a strange feeling in himself..

The gist of the corrected Write Up never looked like what he wanted to convey to the world. Instead,

• It looked like partly an advertising booklet for the Organization commending the works done/being done by the Group and the disciplines that had been adapted rather than 

Stressing on what the Great Personalities had said and done silently in the world and what he himself wanted to tell openly to the world!

WHEN POWER CORRUPTS THE CROWN!

A King was too ambitious. We can say over ambitious and crazy with a single thought..

'During my time, let me do something for majority of my kingdom!'

He ordered scholars,

• “Make changes to all languages relevant to today's times!”

He ordered stalwarts,

• "Make changes to all cultural/social values which become our future need!”

He ordered prominent learned people,

• “Make changes to all rituals to suit present times!"

All bowed down..

Feeling too proud, the king ordered Heads of Monasteries too,

• "Make changes to all Sacred Books with new ethics!"

One Elderly Head said..

"Sure we will do but a small favor. There's a culvert behind our Monastery. Can you arrange digging a canal from it thru' our Monastery so that we as well as others can make use of those waters?"

The King instantly ordered the workmen to do the job on war footing but the next moment their chief said,

"Sir! The Monastery is at considerable height and the canal can't be dug thru' Monastery!"

The Head smiled and reminded the king,

"You couldn't do this simple task because the Truth is
WATER KNOWS ITS LEVEL..
And you can't change that. Then, how can you ask us to bring changes to our
SACRED BOOKS FULL OF SUCH TRUTHS OF LIFE?

I advise.. Stop making changes to
The age old traditions and practices with no conflict
Because they are Truth filled except weeding out
The wrong ones of conflict
That were forced into the systems due to selfishness / authority of earlier few rulers and thus
Rule thru' such wisdom alone!"

• "It's right and I would appreciate if..."

The 3rd one corrected..

• "No doubt, it's right but isn't the other too right?"

The 4th one doubted..

• "Yes.. It's 100% mix of right and wrong!"

The 5th one quipped..

• "Is there at least min right here?"

The 6th one questioned..

• "I very much doubt that!"

The 7th one asserted..

• "It's not acceptable!"

The 8th one affirmed..

• "I can't support this!"

The 9th one re-affirmed..

• "It's totally wrong!"

The 10th one confirmed..

• "Not simply wrong.. Blatantly wrong!"

The 11th one shouted..

• "Let's oppose it tooth and nail!"

The 12th one double shouted..

• "Let's end the evil!"

The 13th one screamed..

"MY DETAILED PLAN OF ACTION!"

The last one thundered!

THE INEVITABLE END RESULT OF ORDINARY GOVERNING!

"I'll provide you good ruling!"

Assured the democratic ruler..

"No go, I sure need a ruler to control certain anarchy and establish order next to me but equally I need to keep a watch on the ruler not to dictate me. And that never happens unless a check back mechanism exists with me!"

Said the worried citizen..

"No worries.. We always go for an independent committee's assessment if some thing goes wrong from my end!"

"But that committee is ever influenced by your power and justice is never be done to me!"

"Ok.. If not one committee, multiple committees can sure ensure that!"

"But they too can't escape your influence!"

"In that case, there is a mechanism of calling me back and elect the new one!"

"That new one would be no different unless the person is truly Evolved.. And any Evolved person keeps off from all types of governing!"

"Then what else any one can do?"

"The only solution is I should be vigilant!"

"Of course, none stopped you from being that!"

"Not on and off but constantly!"

"Ok.. All that is because, you think that I am the wrong doer!"

"Yes.. power always corrupts..

• Some corrupt ones come to power and continue their corrupt activities,
• Some non-corrupt ones come to power and become corrupt,
• Equal number non-corrupt ones come to power and are forced to be corruptive and
• One in million determined one comes to power, remains non corruptive whatever be the forces but soon will be either out of power or out of the world!"

"That's not my problem.. I can't change the world!"

"But I am sure affected there!"

"Then?"

"Best governing is when governing is done the least!"

"What do you mean?"

"Can you think of ruling me without the interest of ruling me?"

"I don't get it!"

"That's the problem..

• You don't leave ruling me,
• Power corrupts you sure and
• I should constantly be vigilant to minimize that effect on me if not zeroed..

Then tell me, where's the time for me to do my normal works of life and express myself the way I wish?"

THE DEMOCRACY.. 'ON PAPER' AND 'IN PRACTICE!'

The grey haired middle class senior citizen smiled and said about the democratic ruling he lived thru' all those years..

“No doubt, I was guaranteed many services and freedoms in my life..

The services sanctioned on paper and talked in air of course were soon implemented with a bang taking immediate credits for bringing them out but subsequently

• Some services never functioned even a single day,
• Some started functioning but soon were solely the privilege of few rich and
• Some were exclusively for the less privileged for securing which they were seen struggling day and night endlessly!

Only a few alone were available for people like me but there too, I had readily kept stand-by units with me in good working condition as the original services had an in-built mechanism of failing often!

 

In respect of the precious freedoms guaranteed to me, even though many were granted on paper, some freedoms alone are there with me till date because I indirectly agreed..

• To make my own efforts to get an equal number of them as they were restricted for reasons unknown,
• To pay a price to secure sizable numbers and
• To firm up within myself that a countable numbers were never for me throughout my life whatever attempts I may make!

In respect of 1 or 2, I had no courage to look at them even once in the entire period of my life!

One of our members in great spirits when resorted to the constructive criticism of the ruler that is freely allowed in a democratic system was, all of sudden given a warning and equally lured thru' an offer saying..

'Be careful; you are being watched.. Take these monies and keep off!' 

Taken a back and without falling prey to their monies, when our member modified the criticism to a lesser hurting level aiming at the junior levels, he was again threatened thru' a message..

'You seem not listening.. You regret later.. Soften on your stand immediately!'

Sensing the danger as the member friend modified his talk switching over to the praise of the juniors, he no doubt got an applause but with a tail piece..

'Good! Now take these monies, praise our man as we say, and close the issue!'

Listening fully to that minus the monies, our friend successfully concluded his constructive criticism freely allowed in our democratic ruling!"

A FALLACY OR REALITY?

Once, there was a king who was ruling like a dictator in his kingdom. No doubt, he was not that bad but still a dictator was a dictator and so many people in his kingdom thought a bit seriously..

'Why not have a change?'

If thought comes up thus, in time it takes a shape and it happened here too..

'Let this king go.. We will rule ourselves.. Here after, the citizen is the king!'

Were the then slogans.. No doubt, great thoughts!

The king noticed the change in the mindset of his people and instantly allowed it. Then the process began..

As all cannot rule, a few had to take the ruling. So a group with a head was only the solution. But to check if the core group had done anything wrong, another group would do an independent evaluation. To have a 2nd and more such evaluations, more and more groups could be formed, the matter could be discussed but never a wrong would be allowed.

Thus, the chances of a single person acting solely on own were almost remote..

Then it all started..

The king too as a citizen first faced the citizens' choice, soon got the 'Approval Stamp' as there was no equivalent man having such a vast experience in the ruling field and then started discharging his duties; that's all and no other additional powers were given. But at the back of his mind, he had his own plans with his own men which never went wrong..

'Be the head, lure a few, influence the groups and implement your own rule!'

Soon the 'Original Dictator' was under the garb of a 'Benign Lover of Freedom', the 'Authority' just shifted to the back doors and the 'Anarchy' followed as usual. And rest of the 'Story Making' everywhere in the 'Free Province' was never a difficulty!
