It was a day of achievement..

Instantly there was an air of confidence in me..

"I'm the real achiever!"

I felt, myself exploding within..

In no time, a doubt followed..

That put me down totally for a while but to my surprise, that never continued..

That was truly God send..

A loud speaker in distance suddenly relayed an Ancient Devotional Song which I was knowing but never thought of it till then..

It was so soothing to my ears. The message of the song in brief sung by the Great Devotee went thus..

My dream got disturbed and as rubbed my eyes and got up from bed, I found it was early morning hrs. As I moved towards my window to open the curtains, in some distance, chanting of Mantras were heard over the temple loud speakers.. 

As I started listening to that discourse, suddenly it was the Shanti Mantra from Ishopanishad heard being recited melodiously with the meaning explained in parallel..



'om puurnamadah puurnamidam puurnaat puurna mudachyate

om shaantih shaantih shaantih!'

'That (Outer World) is Whole (full of divine consciousness); This (Inner World) is also Whole (full of divine consciousness).

Yielding not to temptations at any time and

THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE!

 

Initially, he used money and felt highly relaxed..

"This is the best day of my life!"

Saying, he exploded..

"See your own reflection.. Is it really the best day of your life?"

The Inner Voice queried..

"Yes!"

He replied firmly..

Next, he used authority and felt all round proud..

"This is the best day of my life!"

Saying, he exploded again..

"See your own reflection again.. Is it really the best day of your life?"

The Inner Voice queried..

"Yes!"

He replied double firmly..

Next, he used power and felt superior beyond..

"This is the best day of my life!"

Saying, he exploded once again..

"See your own reflection once again.. Is it really the best day of your life?"

The Inner Voice queried..

"Yes!"

He replied triple firmly..

Life moved on thus for some time..

Suddenly there was a trivial problem in his life and he felt utterly helpless..

Instantly,

He looked at his money, it was seen of zero value and nothing he could do with it..

He looked at his authority, it was seen of some use but that could not solve the problem 100%..

He looked at his power, it was totally intact but he himself was not ready to use it..

Having felt utterly helpless as he started Praying to God, just at that point of time, on the distant loud speakers

• 1 bag with specific items needed for emergencies of life positioned at a prominent place all the time..

And

• 1 bag with a mixture of those 3 items received on and off and leisurely segregate and move them into their corresponding 3 bags..

'Relinquishing all ideas of righteousness (the right and wrong as known to you), surrender unto me exclusively; I will deliver you from all sinful reactions (what your mind proposes), do not despair.'

POST 15 - HAPPY MAHA SHIVRATRI.. A SOLUTION BY ITSELF! #WriteAPageADay

The time was 6 o’clock the early morning hrs. The family away at native place reminded the gentleman on telephone that as the day was Mahashivaratri, he should go to Temple and offer his Prayer to Lord Shiva. If can't do so due to busy work schedules, he should atleast, do minimum Puja at home and then only go for his work..

The gentleman because of his urgent works with no holiday on the day had decided to carry out Puja at home in the evening only after his return! 

He was soon ready for the day’s Event. After all, the whole program was because of his great effort put in thru’ all those days and he was equally proud of that. The telephone rang..

• “Sorry, Sir.. There's a small problem. We request you to put up with....!”

The gentleman was instantly annoyed.. 

• “What dear? This'll push my other activities at least by 20 minutes. I have to rush now. OK! Please take care!”

He was soon in his car. Yes.. He should be moving else nothing moves. At a junction, there was certain traffic jam..

• “The road is blocked. They are diverting the traffic!” 

Some one was saying.. He took out his phone..

• "Dear! I am held up on the way. Immediately, take care of that work which we discussed yesterday. I'll buy the required planned....” 

He diverted his car into a lane and moved to a near by Market Area to make few purchases..

• “Sir! For the past 3 days, there's a Strike going on in. Some of these items are presently not available….”
• “God! Where else I get them? I need these very urgently….”
• “You can try at….”

Soon, the gentleman rushed to the place suggested. While returning with the required items, the telephone rang up..

• “Sir! It seems our payments have not reached the party. They are holding the release of….”
• "Oh! Dear! What I've to do now?”
• “You can give a call to their Chief….”

The gentleman was confused for a while. It was already 1230 PM. As he was about to dial the number, the telephone rang up..

• “Sir! You have to come urgently to....”
• “Yaar! Sorry, I forgot!”
• “Sir! At least you can spend 15 mts here and oversee the minimum required. Rest we'll manage!”

The gentleman involuntarily made a U turn. As he speeded up, all of a sudden the front tyre gave way..

There was exactly 4 hrs time for the Event to start and it was total chaos and utter confusion in front. He quickly parked the car to a side, hired a taxi and started moving feeling totally helpless..

At the immediate next signal point as the taxi stopped, he suddenly heard the Sacred Panchakshara (The Five-syllable) Mantra 'Om Namah Shivaya' being recited melodiously on the loud speakers near Lord Shiva Temple at a distance..

The gentleman involuntarily closed his eyes and started reciting the Sacred Mantra in low tone in tune with what was being heard. And to his great surprise he found himself instantly at peace his mind slowly becoming cool and calm in spite of having a big challenge in front in few hrs of time.. 

There was a Unique Message..

"Feeling totally helpless, as one surrenders with an unfailing Faith that None other than the Lord alone Moves the Entire, Peace is instantly bestowed upon the individual in place of the earlier despair and turmoil!"

"Dear! In all other fields it may be 'OK' but in the field of Spirituality when I say, 'I know', I don't know!"

"How come, Sir?"

"In all fields of activities, I am probing into all things except about 'myself' but in Spiritual field, that probing is into 'myself' alone!"

"Then what is the way? You mean, I can't talk of Philosophy?"

Carrying equal respect for others religious and Spiritual practices,

Involving in charity both physical and monetary wise to my feasible level,

Presenting myself the best inline with the acceptance of others,

Living thru' my own Expression non stop,

Involving thru' my own Art deep within and

Negating myself to the level feasible with Vibrant Newness next to me, 

Let me

Engage myself in Humble Prayer deep in my heart to the Lord for Ultimate Take Care!"

"I decided.. Let major part of my life go thru' practice of Breathin and Breathout, Concentration, Meditation and all other related practices. This life is worth living with this discipline alone. I checked everywhere. Everything else is secondary. No go back here for the rest of my life!"

God Remained Silent..

"My humble understanding is.. Major part of my life should go in

• Taking care of myself at base level,
• Attending to my ordained duties and
• Spending min 5% to 10% of my time, money and energies towards service to humanity in general..

Let me follow this discipline and beyond what the Almighty Plans for me, let me take it with all Grace!"

"The entire gist of philosophy of life is nothing but doing more works that do good to me and less works that are pleasant to me..

Here, I'll follow a discipline of progressively increasing good works and lessening the pleasant ones and soon I reach doing 100% good works with zero pleasant ones next to me..

That way, 

I become the true philosopher in my life!"

God remained silent and Satan laughing aloud stepped in..

*** In time, the refined human being declared firmly,

"No doubt, the entire gist of philosophy of life is nothing but doing more works that do good to me and less works that are pleasant to me..

My discipline here is progressively increase doing works that do good to me but limit at 70% leaving the remaining 30% pleasant ones 'as is' to satisfy my basic desires..

Done that way, 

May not be the true philosopher sure, I remain the right philosopher in my life!"

God smiled and Satan became silent..

*** In the end, the elevated human being said gently,

"Sure, the entire gist of philosophy of life is nothing but doing more works that do good to me and less works that are pleasant to me..

My decision here is progressively increase the works that do good to me to a limit of 50% keeping the remaining 50% pleasant ones 'as is' as I am the normal human being with my own desires which are not less..

If this much is done, I'm sure,  

I have done something in the line of Philosophical Living in this life; rest is God's Will!"

God straight away blessed the human being and Satan vanished from the back door!

Two friends decided to make a visit to the famous Temple on an Auspicious Day.

One of them had a health problem..

It was 2 hrs journey and on the day both travelled to the spot and arrived there.

As both looked at the Temple entrance, a long queue of Devotees was seen..

The friend with the health problem said to the other,

"Dear! It's very difficult for me to stand in long queue.  I wait outside. You go ahead!"

The other moved ahead and stood in the queue..

The friend who stayed out, saw in distance an old infirm person collecting scrap on the road.  After sometime he sat to the side of the road and was looking around..

The friend got up, went near him and asked,

"Are you hungry?"

The old infirm person nodded his head in affirmation..

Instantly, the friend purchased some food from the nearby tea stall and gave him. The old person took the food, ate it and moved ahead..

The friend who went inside the Temple returned after 2 hrs offering his Prayers to God. Soon both moved homewards..

There was a Message from Skies..

'Here go Blessings to both.. One taking in pains to see Me at My Place; the other taking out pains (of hunger) to help Me in My Work!'

At 9 AM in Office..

"Dear! You don't know my powers when I sit in this chair. Not your GM, your CMD will be in my office, if I make a single phone call. Please provide what is asked for else,

I KNOW WHAT I DO!"

At 1 PM in an outgoing call..

"Hello! Yeh.. It's me.. Mr.... What about my pending payment? When will it happen? See my dear.. I tell you, if I don't get my money by....

At 5 PM outside..

"Don't take me for granted, dear.. If I take this seriously,....  Leave it.. If it is repeated.. 

I KNOW WHAT I DO!"

At 10 PM before going to bed..

"Lord! You are all Powerful and Merciful and I am nothing in front of Your Presence around. Show Compassion on me and Bless me..

I BOW DOWN TO YOU!"

There was a Message from Skies..

"Prayer to Me is ever complete only when one instead of praising Me beyond, remain kind to the erred human beings next as they too are part of My Creation!"

THE DUTY VERY MUCH IN STORE WITH ME!

Sage Narada once asked Lord Krishna at a sea shore,

"What is the Power of Illusion in this world?"

The Lord smiled and said,

“I will tell you. I am thirsty presently. Get me some water from one of those houses seen in distance!”

The Sage immediately went to that Colony to fetch the water. An attraction there soon held Him and further one involvement led to the other and He was permanently into circles of activities..

On a day there was a down in the Sage's life, He felt utterly helpless and instantly Prayed to the Lord. There was a gentle pat from behind and as the Sage looked back, Lord Krishna was seen asking Him with a smile..

"Where is the water?”

The Epic Story is an 'Eye Opener' to me as I always forget to fetch the Sacred Waters in my life being pulled into the attractions of the world endlessly..

No go, my involvement should continue as is as that is the way my life is defined at this stage but all along there is always a better way of doing my activities and the Lord expects me to do that way as much with a rational questioning everywhere at the back of the 6 Ws (Why, Where, What, When, Which, Who) and 1 H (How) and an Ultimate Prayer to the Lord..
