"'ILLA!' HELA BEDA.. HELI...'AAGAAITHU!'"

"'Illa!' hela beda.. ('Not there!' Don't say)
Heli..'Aagaaithu!' ( Say..'Over!')"

The Hotel Manager was heard saying softly to the Waiter serving breakfast to the Customer when the customer asked for an item..

"Why not I say, 'Illa?'" (Not there)

Queried the Waiter a bit later. The Manager replied,

“Dear! We've built this Business through our

Hard work,
Dedication and
Smile

And that kept our Customers with us even though our Competitor is luring them constantly..

No doubt, the strain behind my doing at times make me callous for a moment but
that single moment is enough to put off our prestigious Customers and they may take a look at our Competitor..

That single look sure brings rising dark clouds on our activities and if they change their minds, in no time those
  • Dark clouds turn to menacingly darker resulting in
  • Blinding lightenings and
  • Deafening thunders leading to
  • Untimely heavy down pours flooding us washing away our so many years of hard work..
Instead, let me be ever alert to see our efforts and sincerity constantly bring us
  • Welcome clouds and pleasant
  • Timely rains wherein we dance joyously with
  • Shining lightenings and
  • Singing clouds next to us
  • Quenching our thirst making a fortune..
For that to materialize,

When the Customer enquires about an item in our premises for appeasing hunger, let me serve the best item and beyond with a cheer

Let me say for a non available item

'Aagaaithu!' (Over as so many showed interest in the tasty item we prepared with whole and soul) instead of just saying 'Illa!'

I might have told the rare happenings but still very much feasible if we remain complacent, what do you say?"

(The Post is based on what I heard at a small hotel as I was sipping morning hot tea. The credit of this idea 100% goes to the Original Personality who said this!)
