'When I look at myself beyond, It slips away from me; 

When I look into other person’s need, It surfaces in me..

When I care for my basics, It stays next to me; 

When I do there beyond, It goes away from me..

When I do my assigned jobs to core, It supports me; 

When I do that to please myself, It keeps distance from me..

When I refresh body and soul to remain fit and fine, It graces me; 

When I start relaxing more than required there, It races away from me..

When I get into enquiry spirit, It embraces me; 

When I keep that spirit away from me, It erases me from It’s list..

When I start saving life on earth, It follows me; 

When I become callous there in, It retreats from me

And

When I stress I know It, It’s not known to me; 

When I doubt I don't know It, It’s known to me!’
