• Smiled over it and picked up extra work.. All equally!

The situation in some time turned out to be disturbing..

The first one,

• Minimal could try smiling over it,
• Minimal could manage the situation,
• Minimal could work for betterment,
• Minimal could voice for support where required and
• Remained a lost person for long time and recovered slowly!

The other,

• Smiled over it,
• Managed the situation,
• Worked to improve for betterment,
• Voiced for support where required all equally and
• Though remained a lost person for some time, soon returned to normalcy!
