E - HERE, EXTREMES ARE NEVER WELCOME! A2Z 2026

The Assistant forgot to complete certain work..

The toughest Manager said in own words which conveyed the hidden message,

"Compensate for the deficiency right now and be ready to lose part payment for skipping the delivery schedule. You may go now!"

The tough Manager said in own words which conveyed the hidden message,

"Compensate for the deficiency right now without affecting works already planned.. OK?"

The considerate Manager said in own words which conveyed the hidden message,

"Compensate for the deficiency right now without affecting works already planned and be extra careful to see that such things don't occur again. Don't worry, I am with you!"

The soft Manager said in own words which conveyed the hidden message,

"Take up the next work but compensate for the deficiency soon!"

The easy going Manager said in own words which conveyed the hidden message,

"OK.. Leave it and get on to the next work. I'll see what can be done!"

    1. Yes, Tomichan Matheikal.. At work, many such Managements surface, all ever laced with certain self interest of winning in the situation but the right one for ever lies where in my 'self' remains light with myself equally seeing the working person's interest and welfare. Medium way is ever the best way here and that's why it is said 'Manage but not rule!' as well as 'Manage and never remain easy going!' Thanks for the critical observation on the message of the Post. Wishes!
