EMPLOYMENT.. WHAT'S IT BROADLY?


"I work 8 hrs /day in my job!"
  • "You need to work more hrs if required upto max of 12 hrs in a day!"
"Ok.. Next day, I take off!"
  • "Leave from work is a privilege, not a right!"
"Ok.. Next day, I take those extra hrs, off!"
  • "Next day too is no exception from working up to 12 hrs if required!"
"Ok.. I have my Sunday holiday to relax!"
  • "Sunday too you need to work, 12 hrs if needed.. You can relax only on the 11th day!"
"Oh! so much demanding this work?"
  • That's just the beginning. Your hrs of work should be quality hrs!"
"One, more? Ok..Done.. Quality added.. Now I can take my salary!"
  • "Salary only.. No incentives.. For earning incentives, time comes into picture. You should produce quality items in less than standard man hours calculated for the job!"
"This is too much.. Ok.. Who will forego money? Done.. Quality items in less than standard time!"
  • "One more thing.. Your Employer need to sell your manufactured item in competitive market. Then only your salary can be paid continuously!"
"God.. Where am I heading to? Okay.. My Employer sells.. Can I get my monies?"
  • "For the present!"
"What is this one more condition?"
  • "Yes.. Your Customer should continue placing Orders on your Company. Else money does not flow into your pockets!"
"Ok..Ok.. Let me face all this.. At least, my job is there. If not today, I earn more tomorrow!"
  • "That tomorrow of yours too may not be with this Company!"
"What?"
  • "Employment can be terminated from both ends with certain notice period. You need to search for new job where the story of working is exactly the same!"
