SOON, INNOCENCE SURPASSED ALL THE POMP AND SHOW!

The
BIRTHDAY FUNCTION
Was 'ON' with
Lot of pomp and show
Guests pouring in large numbers
And
Wide choices of dresses
Varieties of toys
Varied ornamental pieces
Floating around a
Special gifts..

THE LITTLE ONE
Was
Praised,
Double praised,
Praised thru' complicated phrases
And
WISHES
Conveyed thru'
Artificial cheerfulness,
Unnecessary softness,
And
Over politeness
As
The talk of some hit the roof..

"Selected this toy on our abroad visit..."
"Picked this one roaming the entire Market Place whose price goes around..."
"Selected this piece of yellow metal abroad gone there on our half yearly..."
"Selected this gift last summer in a Corner Shop near the beautiful scenic spot none should miss seeing once in life time...

Function ended,
Guests moved away,
Gifts opened up,
Trash kept to side
And
Family rested a while
With
The child allowed to play in the semi dark room..

Minutes passed,
THE LITTLE ONE
Became active,
Moved towards trash,
Picked up required,
Made little changes
And
Got into
THE ORIGINAL GAME OF TRUE INNOCENCE..

  1. Loved it Sir. In fact, not just the child the basic need of every living being (not humans alone) very simple. But we complicate the life assuming the world to be complicated.

  2. I like the observations you make. Guests do make dialogues like that and children often are busy in a game of their own.

  3. Children often wander away nearby, but suddenly finding a child missing can create chaos in a perfectly relaxed atmosphere.

    1. Yes, Madam.... It's a big tension for the family members a few times and it happens too once in a way.... Thanks for the good observation!

  5. Acute observation. Most often, kids aren't interested in spectacular parties, but simple joys of life.
