ONE SITUATION.. VARIED INTERPRETATIONS!

3 youths got appointed to a particular Posting in an Organization.. An elderly well-wisher of deep wisdom, just said to all 3 of them on their joining day,

“It's you that make your tomorrow in this line.. Here all along,
  • Work hard,
  • Manage well,
  • Be a good Leader
And thus flourish in your life!”

And wished them good luck.. A few years passed thus.. And in this time,
  • One of the 3 resigned from his job or so to say, was made to resign, took up another but was not happy there too and thus continued with no solution to his problem in front..
  • The second continued but with no encouragement for growth thus slogging all the while again with no solution to the problem in front.. And
  • The third did well in that short time, took a fast promotion and was ever in the good books of the Bosses!
A close friend to the well-wisher asked him the reason for all that to happen in that way as the original advice from him was unique.. The well-wisher smiled and said,

“Yes! It was unique but the interpretations by the 3 young men were totally different..
  • The first one was carrying all along a high emotional feeling with his work and never liked someone ruling on him.. He thus felt that his Boss was too suppressive even though the Boss was just at the right level and out of disgust was finally angry with every one around him and the consequences followed soon.. Here in this young man's case, the Right Learning takes it's own time and none knows when it would happen..
  • The second, out of fear of not displeasing the Boss, continued to be obedient beyond and accepted the ruling at work as his fate.. Thus he slogged endlessly, was never liked even by the Colleagues and Sub-ordinates for his submissive quality and thus ultimately ended up low.. Here too, the Right Learning takes it's own time for the young man and none knows when it would happen..
  • The third one had understood the right meaning of work in that short time.. His discipline was.. 'Be obedient but never yield beyond, fight where required but keep off where not and thus overall keep a smile!' He followed that and ultimately had a good name in his work area as well as his outside known circles.. And here, the Right Learning was almost instantaneous with the young man to bring all coolness with him in the scenario!”
The elderly concluded,

“Life in front of us many times, is more or less reasonably supportive.. It's we that interpret it differently, react differently and thus make our life a happy one or misery.. And the One who all along lives here on the lines of Truth alone will ultimately come out with real Victory!”

  4. A very deep post sir . too much emotional attachment make us expect appreciation , too much obedience leave us submissive and frustrated so a right balance has to be found .
