THE APPARENT LOSS HERE, IS IN FACT AN ULTIMATE GAIN ONLY!

“Sir! I've a doubt.. All the Great Personalities and all our Sacred Books forever reiterated doing certain Noble Activities in our life which mainly cover
  • Giving in charity liberally,
  • Working for the the needy beyond and
  • Spending time in supervising these activities so that the recipient is truly benefited..
But by broadly doing these 3 activities in my life, I see very clearly that I'm instantly deprived of the related 3 entities viz.,
  • My monies,
  • My energies and
  • My time..
Then how am I really benefited here when I'm straight away losing these 3 entities right in front of me?"
“Dear, what generally I see as
  • 'A certain loss'
of any entity in my life is actually a function of
  • The physical measure of the entity and
  • How I'm reacting to the possession of that entity..
No doubt in terms of physical measure, the 3 entities with me are down in numbers here but ‘I’, the unique identity in me would simultaneously be reacting at a Higher Level to these 3 entities however infinitesimal that High may be which constantly negates my attachment to the 3 entities as my certain possessions..

And such a lessened attachment in me instantly secures certain peace with me and in that condition even though the physical measures of the 3 entities are lessened, they still will be seen as more only as the peace reigning in me indirectly makes
  • The broader Ninithya Karmas (The Pleasant Works) that were hitherto holding me tight fall off from my routine with the Nithya Karmas (The Essential Works) remaining as is..
In the process, the monies, energies and time that are saved and added to my original plus myself remaining happy even with the smaller measures of these entities together retain a Great Contentment in my heart!"

Reiterating the wise man’s words, the old Telugu Philosophical Lyrics were instantly heard on the distant loud speakers being sung in a melodious tone with the meaning explained in parallel..

'vasthaa vattidhe pothaa vattidhe, aasha endukantaa'

'You come (here) empty handed and go (from here) empty handed, then what for is this expectation (in you) in between?'
  • Meaning.. Why these meticulous calculations of loss and gain in respect of your money, energy and time?
'chesina karmamu chedani padarthamu cherune nee ventaa'

'What you have done (here) is the only non decaying matter that would come with you (finally)!'
  • Meaning.. Better actions from you make your quality of self much better!

  2. Deep thoughts are here, but its also true that it is hard to kill our mundane desires in different phase of life and from different people.

    1. Right query Jyotirmoy on the Post here.. Anyhow, before that let me thank you for the appreciation and promoting my Post on G+..

Yes..As you said, it's hard to kill our mundane desires and in fact we should never attempt doing that as that action takes us no where in our existence on the earth..

Having thus firmed up to live my life at my own level with all my desires intact, can I live this life following all the rules in front of me a 100% without becoming in disciplined there?

If I'm not doing that this day..No problem.. I need to correct myself here once again to the best of abilities nonetheless..

So to say finally, it's like hold to the discipline for a while..leave the same for a while.. again hold to that for a while and repeat thus..

This path of medium existence which is very much possible for a person like me should be followed invariably without an excuse as that itself in the first instance clears my Path for Elevation propelling me to do more in the direction of right that right being redefined continuously..

Done this way and seen thus deep, soon we understand that there is something wrong in my saying.."Why should I give to others?" and that statement getting replaced with, "It's wrong to hold beyond when my next man suffers at base level.. Let me rise to the occasion!"

Don't you feel that this itself is the topic of discussion here thru' the Post content?

  3. The question posted is pertinent and it's very difficult to cope with the hard-hitting reality of finding oneself a loser in the mundane life. The reply furnished is equally logical and convincing all the same. However more often than not the spiritual comes into picture only after the mundane has been taken care of to the expected level. Besides, charity is possible only after earning sufficiently. A very thought-provoking post from you Sir. Hearty thanks. I am willing to share something in this regard but that will consume a lot of space.

    1. That's truly nice of you to say so Jitendra and I love the comment.. Very rightly said and partly clarified the doubt expressed by Jyotirmoy.. Thanks for the explanation and I wish to add the reply comment Posted to Jyotirmoy giving the detailed explanation for the query as you may not read my postdated comment there.. His reply comment goes thus..
