When I ready myself to give, my 'self' is different..
No doubt, it is still my 'self' but the quality of it is different when I make assertions like
'Poor man.. Let me help!'
'If I give, God will bless me!'
'I have so much, why not give a very very small part of it?'
'As a human being, it's my duty to help my next man!'
'God is kind to bless me with so much.. If not done so?'
'The more I give, the more I get in some form or the other!'
Etc..Etc.. And
At times with no thoughts in me too!
No doubt all along, it's my self satisfaction alone that prevails there but in the process the self sure gets purified for few moments however short the time be as the 6 enemies in me
Kama, Krodha, Lobha, Moha, Mada and Matsarya
Will be clearly seen prevailing at low level if not zeroed and because of that, certain calmness sure follows me instantly after giving..
That state of mind is ever
A BLESSING
In my life as any decision taken in those moments ever will be laced with
THE TRUTH NEXT TO ME..
No way,
I'll soon be beaten black and blue by those 6 enemies endless but a stop there is
EVER A BLESSING
With me, as every time I do that
SACRED ACT OF GIVING
I sure approach,
THE GOLDEN GATE TO TRUTH
Else may never!
