(THE STORY OF EARLY 80s)

"This is mid winter. 7 AM too is fully dark and it's already 1130 PM. Get up at 5 instead of 330 AM you are planning!"

"No way, Ma.. Need to go early.. Lot of work at Office.. OK.. I'm Setting alarm for our 2 clocks not to miss my 330 AM dead line. Don't worry.. Tomorrow I can sleep more. Good Night, Ma!"

💤.. 💤..

Both the alarms rang loudly but promptly..

"Sleep a bit more, dear!"

She will be saying that.. 

Actually this too isn't enough. Should have got up at 3 itself.. Okay.. Let me freshen up in 20 mts and move on..

Let me drive a bit fast. It's already 4.. Half hr drive.. I don't know.. Traffic is unusually more today. Suddenly all may be thinking..

'Early to rise is better!'

The guard at entrance wished me.. I reciprocated and quickly entered..

"Ahh! I've enough time now to finish this report!"

"Hello.. Good Morning!"

Oh! This guy is also coming early?

"Hi.. Good Morning!"

God.. This one will disturb me now. Ok.. Luckily both are in their seats. Why.. these people are all early? May be, they thought, 

'Let's impress Boss!'

Loud car horn was heard..

Oh.. It's boss.. He too is early.. He will call me in now..

This wall clock of Office has stopped Yesterday. The Office Boy has to key in and set the time..

The Landline rang.. Must be Boss.. He'll disturb me now..

"Hello!"

"Brother.. It's me.. You know?

Yesterday night after you slept, I put back all clocks including our wall clock and wrist watches in our house by 1 and 1/2 hrs. Because of that,

Your alarm did not ring this morning to wake you up but
It rang to wake me up in my usual time of course mom continuing her sleep a bit more than usual..

Isn't it funny?"
