In the 1st Manager's Chamber..
"Sir! We 10 of us are totally sidelined in our career. We were given loads of work which we completed in time but when it comes to promotions, our names are nowhere. Why this second line treatment for us?"
"Ok.. I understand your problem and I too feel that you, the deserving ones did not get your promotions this time too. You see, when it comes to promotions, it is the bigger issue of the Organization and I've not much say in this other than recommending your cases strongly which anyhow I did!"
"Sir! How can you say so easily? At the end of the day, we are sufferers!"
"But what else I can do?"
"Do something or don't ask us work!"
"See.. I can't keep quiet if you don't work. And I can't get you promotions just like that!"
"Why?"
"How can I do that? My job is just... Sorry, I'm helpless!"
"You have powers.. You can do wonders if you want!"
"You think so.. All these powers are of no use, when we come to.... Got it? OK?"

"Whatever it be, at one stroke he solved our issue. Actually we've no issue because as he asked, representing on this issue to the Top Management through our Membership Association was already done and everything was stated crystal clear in the Representation.
What else specially we have to ask now? We can only follow up our Representation and our Chief surely is going to ask us to do that!
