NO DOUBT, A LEADER IS BORN, NOT MADE!


A Rebel brings in a temporary change in the minds people for the extreme but indirectly unwanted actions required in the situation where as
  • A Leader brings in a greater change in the hearts of similar people for normal rightful actions required from their side!
A Rebel can only see a rule of authority in the issues in front all along carrying a hatred towards the Rulers thus spreading often a wrong message where as
  • A Leader forever sees only the 'bad' in such rule of authority thus mostly staying nearer to the Great Saying, 'Hate the sin but not the sinner!'
A Rebel many times can take the followers up to the altar point alone as beyond that they would never be willing to sacrifice where as
  • A Leader leads the followers boldly beyond to the greater heights invariably motivating them too do certain sacrifices at their own level for the Greater Cause!
A Rebel invariably is shunned by the opponent group where in they straight away prepare to suppress the movement directly or indirectly where as
  • The Leader often carries respect and regard from the opponent group and sometimes even is blessed by them indirectly!
A Rebel seeks the temporary freedom of expression for the followers and would many times may get it for them where as
  • A Leader without a say secures that permanently for everyone around!
A Rebel’s sacrifice may make a dent on the coercion but most of the times ends there where as
  • A Leader’s sacrifice cuts through the same and brings in a transformation in those who were behind the very act of coercion!
A Rebel may secure certain authority for the followers by bringing changes in the legislation where as
  • A Leader sure secures the authority and in addition brings in a change too in the followers!
A Rebel invariably tries to destroy the energy behind suppression and secures a temporary solace in the situation where as
  • A Leader never lets that go waste and transforms and streamlines the same towards damage control, future growth and development..
A Rebel’s attitude sometimes creates a fear among the followers with an explicit doubt on their faces, 'What is the end of all this?' where as
  • That of a Leader forever makes the followers feel safe under the protective umbrella invariably opened up for them with all reverence for their leader!
AND FINALLY TO SAY 

A Rebel attacked and immobilized by the authorities may stand to end own personality there by contributing

A SMALL SHARE TO THE CHANGE AIMED AT

Where as
  • A Leader will allow that freely but with a smile of forgiveness which invariably brings in a greater change in the hearts of those who were into the very act of suppression there by contributing 
A MAJOR SHARE TOWARDS THE CHANGE!

    1. You said it.... May be a Rebel is not a Pretender but is ever limited in moving ahead as the Understanding there is not really deep.... A True Leader on the other hand, knows in depth what ultimately has to be done so that every one around secures his / her freedom and thus remain at peace.... If one follows a Rebel without a second thought, the temporary achievement may be alluring but forever a question remains with that follower.....'Am I complete here?' Thanks for the good comment!

  4. Great write up. If I write an honest comment, I say I imagined AAP as rebel in this writeup and Modi as Leader. With this imagination, I found each sentence in this post TRUE. Generally your articles with Red/Green font, I draw imagination mostly of corporate fraternity (as some of your recent articles are from this segment) but this time I thought of political parties & it made the whole content so relevant.
