THE SINGLE SURE STEP TOWARDS REMEMBERING THE SACRED WATER!

Sage Narada once asked Lord Krishna,

"What is 'Illusion'?"

The Lord smiled and said,

"I am feeling thirsty. Can you get Me some water from the colony seen in distance?"

The Sage went there to fetch the waters. An attraction there and further involvement soon got Him into series of activities at the new place and life moved on thus..

On a day, the Sage got into a big problem and was feeling totally helpless when a kind hand touched Him. As He looked up, He saw Lord Krishna smiling at Him saying,

"WHERE IS THE WATER?"

That's the

POWER OF ILLUSION

In the world and Sage Narada too could not escape from that. As I am infinitesimally small here with 100% Illusion overtaking me, sure

I FORGET THE SACRED WATER

Infinite times in my life and I should do something concrete to fight that my illusion whatever possible. In such a context alone, the Great Saint said..

“Whenever people travel to a new place on a visit, they first take a lodging accommodation, drop their bags and then only go round for sight-seeing as when it becomes dark, they have a place for rest at the night but never the other way. 'It is night and I've to search a place to rest!'

In life too, one has to first secure oneself against major odds of life which his/her instinct easily senses as they form the dark part of life including, the evening of life too and then alone remain at peace!”

Understood that way, it is simple to know that I always have a task in front of me naturally taken up by me as part of my
  • Earning,
  • Liking,
  • Tradition,
  • Unique position etc..
Let me put a question to myself daily in the morning when I begin my work,

'Can I do this better than yesterday?'

That better way is nothing but constantly remembering the original purpose for which the job is created/exists in the world and try doing best in that direction. If I do that much,

I'VE SURE MOVED ONE STEP TOWARDS REMEMBERING THE SACRED WATER!
