THE 3 THINGS THAT I WILL BURN THIS WEEKEND!

I know the 6 predominant enemies in me Viz.,
Desire,
Anger,
Attachment,
Greed,
Pride and
Jealousy
ever holding me as leaches never leaving me in my life..

As I look at myself, I quickly find that it's impossible for me to get rid off these 6 in this life with my limited understanding as even the Greatest Saints of the Earth themselves had occasionally fallen a prey to these and they had to redo all that sacred work whose importance was lost in the process..

But some thing has to be done from my end in this life even if I am going to fail and
so I decided..'Without attacking the 6 enemies direct, let me do that indirectly and keep them under check by taking up 3 disciplines in my life..

Here, the first discipline of
giving in charity
sure becomes
the flag march
of my life on this day of
Sacred Holi Festival
followed by the discipline of
minimum consumption
thru a certain of
my willpower
and
a discipline of
surrender to God all along doing good deeds
that discipline becoming
a reference
to my life itself thereby indirectly but firmly saying forever a big 'NO' to the 3 characteristics of mine Viz.,
Hoarding
Extravaganza and
Self boasting
straight away putting them in the
Holy Fire of Holi
thus freeing myself from them for the rest of my life!
