MAY BE LITTLE THINGS BUT SURE PRECIOUS THINGS.. #CauseAChatter

At 12, when some one lured him saying,

• 'You look smart.. Do you know.. You can double the 50 P with you?'

He innocently exchanged his precious 50 P coin with 2 counterfeit ones..

At 23 he in his college Fest was lured towards the 'Wheel of Fortune' when his 10 Rs got multiplied thru' few integers with some one around saying..

• 'He is a smart fellow!'

Increased pace of his play, in no time lost all those integers including his original 10..

At 35 when he was traveling in a bus to his bank to deposit his hard earned savings of Rs 500, some one said,

• 'Smart guy.. What is the secret of your such young looks?'

Diverted his attention and picked his purse in no time..

At 42 as some one promised to get a job done for him saying,

• 'Leave these jobs for people like us who are not smarter in their life!'

he without much checking, handed over Rs 5,000 for the activity and soon found himself permanently relieved of that money as the man whose address was not noted never turned up again..

At 53, at the instance of a well-wisher as he dared to invest in a certain land purchase, the all smiling real estate agent promising him moon saying,

• 'Smarter people make riches in life!'

Straight away took Rs 50,000 with a detailed receipt given on a glossy paper with the emblem of the agency beautifully printed on the top which as time passed just remained a paper with him..

At 65, as the matured retired man relaxing at home in his chair at the back of a few praises like

• 'Sir! The smartest way you handled your monies all these years is truly commendable. We've to learn a lot from you!'

On one side and continuous phone calls, messages, and emails on the other side saying..

• 'Why do you lock your monies in... with low returns? Our 'Grow your wealth under the Professional Care of....!'
• 'Don't want to surprise your dear ones with what you can do sitting at home? Call on.....!'
• 'The golden opportunity for the retired community to have a fixed income beyond their pensions.....!"

Smiled and mused within..

"My Company had given a fixed sizable retirement money with small pension to me and my family to survive at a decent level for the rest of our life..

Presently the returns on these lump sum monies may be very much limited compared to those my vast experience had hitherto handled but these

Of my life at this stage are truly precious for us and these monies forever remain in those schemes alone which are safe and secure!"
