** In 20s..

"Boss is too good.. Just asked.. Straight away got leave for 4 weeks.. Should have applied for 5 weeks.. 

• Work? Whatever given by boss.. Already finished.. 

NOTHING TO DO!

Coming to the vacation planned.. 

Relax for 3 days.. Go on the planned trip.... for 2 weeks. Again relax for 3 days and go on the local trip planned for a week. Anyhow, Last day is for all those personal works pending!"

** In 30s..

"Managed to get leave for 3 weeks with murmur from Boss saying all the time.. 'You are the required person here and you are going away!'

• Agreed.. Indirectly, he's right.. 

LOT'S OF WORK!

The plan is..

Go on an interesting trip.... for 2 weeks. Finish few essential works pending, relax and join the duty!"

** In 40s..

"With lot of difficulty, got time to go on leave for a week. The Boss says.. "You are the Boss.. Plan everything!"

• Yes.. I should.. Should keep my Assistants constantly on their toes.. 

NO TIME FOR ANYTHING!

The short plan is..

Finish few essential works.. Go on trip.... for 4 days. Relax for a day and  join duty!"

** In 50s..

"Leave? OK.. 2 weekends and 2 working days do.. Too many works needing my attention..

• The promotion is pending and my GM sure expects me perform.. All are watching me..

TIME IS FLYING!

The short plan is..

2 days, finish essential works. Plan a 2 day trip to.... No time to relax, join duty next day.. Ready to short close leave if required. Can't keep off from work!" 

** Few months before 60..

"Taking leave just for 3 days.. 

• The Company finances are in precarious condition.. The Order Book is thin.. At this rate, the Company can no more stand to the prevailing fierce competition in the field.. Every one's eye is on me at this moment.. 

FORGET DAY, AN HOUR MATTERS!

The plan is..

2 days for essential works.. If time permits, go to nearest place for a day.. Got to take calls all the time.. No relaxation.. 

Anyhow, in few months, 

• Everyday is leave only.. So much time to roam and relax.. And 

NOTHING TO DO!"
