I agree with you completely, believing and doubting are two faces of the same coin. Believing takes us to new heights while doubting helps us to invent new things. If Neeraj Chopra had not believed in himself we could not see a medal from him in the Olympics and if Thomas Edison had not doubted the existence of the earthen lamp we would not have witnessed the invention of the bulb and a life full of energy and light.
